I recently drove over an hour to check out a vehicle and was immediately greeted by Omar. From the start, he stood out as an atypical salesman—he wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to upsell me, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. He made it happen! What impressed me most was his honesty—if he didn’t know something, he admitted it instead of guessing, which built a lot of trust. While there were a few hiccups with the registration and plating process, Omar kept me updated every step of the way, which made things much smoother overall. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the spring to buy another vehicle. Highly recommend working with Omar! Plus the dealership itself inside makes it super comfortable.

I have purchased at least eight FORD vehicles from Imperial Ford over the years. For the first several vehicles I worked with Doug Hood, who was a great individual and is sadly missed. More recently, I worked with Dean Childs, on the purchase of a Ford Escape and Brian O'Malley on the purchase of my current 2022 Bronco. They both provided a great experience. I have all my service done at Imperial as well, and have rarely been disappointed. I purchased a Bronco Sport from McGovern Ford and soon regretted not dealing with Imperial Ford. I highly recommend Imperial Ford for Sales and Service.

So what more can I say about this amazing dealership that myself and others haven't already said. Again I found myself in the position of needing another vehicle. I am so beyond grateful for Ali Kehail, Bob Pierce, Michael Falco, and lets face it, the entire Imperial Ford Team. I could go on and on and on for my many rewarding experiences with this incredible dealership. Dean went above and beyond to provide me with both honest and personal service. Dean helped me find the perfect car that fit my personality and my budget. Dean took the time to walk me through all the settings in my car, drove to the gas station with me and filled my car with gas.
