Perfect buying experience

I recently started a job with a long commute and really felt that I needed to upgrade my car. I searched the website and had a car in mind. After a test drive, I thought the car would work in my situation just fine. My saleman John F. recommended a different car which I also really liked, it was more money, but had less miles and was a couple years newer. I decided it really was a better choice and so I moved ahead and bought the car with an extended warranty. Its been almost 2 months and I have to say I like the car even more than when I bought it. John had other customers in the showroom when I came in early, and so his associate Ron was able to help get the car ready for me to take it home that day. Thanks to John and Ron for a great experience.

Mo at Imperial Chevrolet

Battery

Purchased my used 2014 Taurus Limited at Imperial Ford in March of 2015, and recently got it serviced at Imperial Ford. Found out at that time that I needed a new battery, having talked to the service advisor about it, and that because of the mileage, that it would not be covered under warranty, even though the car itself was not even 1 year old. I waited a few weeks and went back and talked to Justin in Service and explained it to him and that I was not looking for anything free, and he said he would look into it and have an answer when my car was scheduled for the new battery. When I showed up that day, Justin explained to me what he did and what he ended up doing for me, and I can't tell you how happy I was with what Justin did, and it was a pleasure dealing with him

Rattling noise from undercarriage.

Service Advisor had me meet with Service Technician to explain problem. Took test drive with technician who demonstrated source of rattling. Front sway Bar Links need replacing. Service completed within 1 hour as estimated. Pleased with process and found cost of repair to be reasonable.

outstanding customer service

I would like to thank the crew from the Ford service department on trouble shooting and fixing my 2011 F150. Don notified me immediately when the issue was diagnosed and the time that it will take to fix it. Don has achieved a higher standard then any other service manager that I've ever del with. Thanks again Don on a outstanding job!

Buyer Beware

Purchased used Ford certified vehicle; dealer had guaranteed the known oil leaks & cracked front brake hoses would be corrected before purchasing it. Didn't feel confident; so, after Imperial's repairs I asked an independent shop to inspect the vehicle, wasn't surprised to hear nothing had been repaired. When I called to mention the independent's review, Imperial immediately replaced the brake hoses. It required 5 additional visits to correct leaks.
