This dealership is the best dealership I've ever experienced. Jackie was very kind and helpful sales representative. Overall, I am very happy with my purchasing car with this dealership.

Did a lot of research; found a car that matched our specifications at Princeton. Guy and Rich did everyhing they could to amiably make a sale. We agreed on the price on the phone contigent upon my inspection of the car the next day. Car was in great shape. Returned with my wife on Saturday to pick up the car. Guy and Rich were very thorough and professional throughout the process. We met Carl and did the paperwork, also in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner. Because of our experience with these gentleman, even though we have an hours drive to get to Princeton AUDI, I would definatetly buy there again.

The purchase was extremely hassle free. And quick. Sue understood my needs immediately and we walked the lot together and explored a number of options. When the first car I settled for had the right price, but was missing one feature I wanted, sue found another that had everything I requested and more. She knew my bottom line price and got it for me. I would recommend her and the dealership without hesitation.

I hope that the promised reversing camera will be...

I hope that the promised reversing camera will be installed yet. Otherwise I have very good experience with Alex Demsky. When it comes to the financial went, were a bit long waiting times.

Great first expereince with VW. Buying my new Jetta was a quick and efficent process. I explained my budget and the things I was looking for and Sue did her absolute best to meet my needs. She went above and beyound and explained each feature of the car in detail. I felt like I was taken care of when leaving with my new car. I am confident that if I ever run into problems that Sue would direct and help me.

I would like to share my experience in this dealership. When I came to Princeton Volkswagen dealership to take a look at the cars, I was in the lot for quite a while before I was acknowledged by the sales representative. After a while, someone walked up to me and asked if I was being helped. I replied that I was not. The sales person told me that he was busy with another customer at that moment, and he promised to send someone else over, but another person never showed up. I walked inside and saw the person, who first approached me, sitting at his desk. He asked me if anybody was helping me, and I told him that nobody ever showed up to assist me. Then he started asking me what kind of car I was interested in. I showed him the car on the lot which I liked and we started making a sales deal. Long story short, I ended up purchasing my new car from that dealership, trading in my Volkswagen minivan. One month later, when my temporary plates were about to expire, I went to the dealership to see when my car registration will be ready. The dealership did not seam to know what was going on, and how soon it will be, before I receive it. I kept checking with the dealership over and over again for quite some time, and did not get any progress on the matter. I was very frustrated with the fact that my temporary plates were already expired at that time, and no one seemed to know anything. I ended up calling the 1-800 number, and explaining the whole situation. The customer service representative was very nice. He promised to look into the matter further and call me back. I did get a response phone call that they did contact the dealer and my registration will be in the mail in a few days. Eventually, I did get the registration; however, the registration that they had sent to me was for my OLD VEHICLE, that I traded in for my new car. Therefore, it had been almost 2 months now, and I still have NO REGISTRATION! This dealership has the worst customer service that I had EVER experienced, and to my mind, it is an imbursement to the entire Volkswagen Company. I am extremely dissatisfied with the deal that I had made. It was a BIG mistake.

Mr. Rucko did well being his first week week(s) with the company. He makes sure that customer is satisfied and will answer all questions. He did not pretend that he knows all the answers but refers to his co-workers for answers. It benefits him and satisfied customer.

Great experience with Princeton Audi by far! We purchased the Audi A4 for our son, who basically knew the options he wanted in the car (he was trading in an older model of the A4) and our salesperson, Chris Riches, was more than happy to show him all the new features and options on the new A4. We left the dealership and within an hour or so, I received an e-mail from Chris thanking us for visiting Princeton Audi. From that point I e-mailed him back letting him know that we were interested in the A4 that we spoke about and he e-mailed me back the same day that he had located one and it would be here by the end of August. He was able to work with us and negotiate a price that we were comfortable with. There was absolutely no annoying sales pressure, the entire experience was seamless and delivery was exactly when he said it would be. Everything went smoothly from the point of sale through the paperwork with Carl Aloi and we were not sitting at the dealership for hours. We had visited other Audi dealers and there is no comparison to Princeton Audi. Professionalism at it's best!! We will recommend Princeton Audi to everyone and I know we will be repeat customers! Thanks Chris and Princeton Audi for a relaxing car shopping experience!! Daniel is LOVING his new car!
