Horrible service

Sales manager was a xxxxxxxxx. And the guy the guy Andrew was a horrible salesman. Will never go back there again. I wouldn’t go there!

Impressive and honest dealership

I was very impressed with Jake Sweeney West. Andrew McGarr helped us out, answering any questions we had. There was no pressure, and he helped us get the best deal possible. Thanks again Andrew.

Quick, Easy, and Charming

I bought a Camry from Jake Newman at Jake Sweeney Mazda West this summer. Not only was he kind and understanding but he also played with my kids while I signed papers. He didn't lie and was straight up about everything. I have since referred two family members to him and he gave them the same awesome service. Jake is very easy on the eyes to if you know what I mean. Thanks again Jake!!!

Worse new car purchase in35 years

My wife and I have been buying cars every two years for the past thirty five years and this was by far thr worst experience ever. Salesman was unreliable and untrustworthy.

Best Dealership in Cincinnati

This is by far the BEST dealership in the Cincinnati area. Their customer service is way above standard compared to others in the tri-state. I had a wonderful experience with the sales staff and I never felt pressured. I felt that everyone there really cared about it being my decision and wanted to help me make the best choice. I had lots of questions, and they were more than happy to answer each of them. I had the opportunity to speak with management about my wonderful experience and I have to say that the management staff is just as friendly and helpful. They really wanted to earn my business, and I'm proud to say that I'm loving my new CX-5.

Amazing customer service

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Jake Sweeney Mazda West each time was a smooth seamless process with friendly sales and management staff. I found that when going to other dealerships the sales staff was pushy and looked down on me for being a women. Never once did I feel this way at Jake Sweeney Mazda West. I know that any time I am in the market for a new car I wont hesitate to pop in and I will get amazing service. if you are in the market for a new car I recommend this dealership over any others.

Request David Valines!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Jeff Sweeney Mazda, one used, one new. David Valines was the rep. we worked with both times. He made both experiences enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. All employees we have worked with at Jeff Sweeney have provided the same high quality of customer service. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from here and would specifically ask to work with Dave Valines.

Great experience!

I went into the dealership not very hopeful. I've been turned down other places and thought I would have to go to a buy here pay here place. Kimberly was wonderful!! She kept me informed thru the whole process and then pulled up a car that I never would have thought I could own!! I love my new Mitsubishi!!! I will definitely come back to Kimberly in 2 years!

Somewhat confusing

I was interested in possibly purchasing a car here after seeing the tv ads for 99 dollars down. What they don't tell you in the ad is that your credit has to be impeccable and the loan itself is short term. This according to one of their salesman I spoke to! I had seen a few cars I may have been interested in that were withing a price range I had in mind! There was a green VW Beetle that according to the Carfax report had no damage on it! but unless they had one in hiding, the only green beetle I saw have a few dents in it and was missing a light cover on it! The salesman I spoke to was nice enough but I wish their ad were clearer so I didn't have to waste both my and the salesmans time!
