Lack of comprehensiveness means multiple visits, time lost...
On September 26th I had an appointment set up to recalibrate my key fobs and when we went to drop the car off they said they did not have any master technicians... there. They made us reschedule for October 1st and said they confirmed a loaner car. When my fiance arrived at 8 am they said sorry we don't have a loaner car for you. We have the confirmation email stating we got a loaner car yet they failed to save us one. They made us reschedule again for October 2nd. We have made arrangements 3 different times to get off work in order to take the car. I do not appreciate the way things have been handled. I do not recommend anyone taking their Mazda to this location. I have had bad experiences every single time.
This is by far the BEST dealership in the Cincinnati area. Their customer service is way above standard compared to others in the tri-state. I had a wonderful... experience with the sales staff and I never felt pressured. I felt that everyone there really cared about it being my decision and wanted to help me make the best choice. I had lots of questions, and they were more than happy to answer each of them. I had the opportunity to speak with management about my wonderful experience and I have to say that the management staff is just as friendly and helpful. They really wanted to earn my business, and I'm proud to say that I'm loving my new CX-5.

When the Saturn make was discontinued by GM, the Western Hills Saturn Sweeney dealership was reopened as a Sweeney Mazda dealership. Jake Sweeney made... the generous offer to provide free oil changes for the Saturn we had purchased from his dealership as long as we owned the vehicle. This offer was made via letter, which I still have. We have taken advantage of this offer for every oil change we have made on the Saturn. On our last oil change visit, we were informed that earlier this year they had posted signage at the service counter, indicating that they would no longer be providing the free oil changes. They agreed to honor their commitment for this oil change, but made it clear that even though we had it in writing, they would not provide future free oil changes. In closing, I would like to say we have never had any problems with their service, but after this experience, would be reluctant to purchase my next vehicle from a Jake Sweeney dealership.
I was sold a lemon and was completely pissed off, but upon return of the vehicle Joe Collins the man who sold me the car originally made things right.... He took back the used lemon and put me in a brand new car. I recommend him specifically because he (Joe Collins) is a great salesman, while his boss on the other hand was dismissive and a bit of a jerk. Steve Fliehman not only his out until I was done dealing with Joe Collins he came out of hiding only to try to dismiss me after a financing hang-up.
I came in for a possible trade in to have my 2014 Accord appraised. I was able to drive out with 2016 Accord.. Amazing service and very professional.
I came in looking to trade in my car for a more dependable newer vehicle. My salesman Mitchell was friendly and extremely helpful. Had some "Finalizing"... issues but the team never stopped trying to get everything correct. Overall satisfied.
I am always satisfied with the service at Jake Sweeney Mazda West. They are always quick, and I am always able to schedule at the last minute. Prices are... competitive, and I never feel pressured to have extra services performed while I am there. I am sad that they got rid of the free car wash with service. Otherwise, I have no complaints!
