This is by far the BEST dealership in the Cincinnati area. Their customer service is way above standard compared to others in the tri-state. I had a wonderful experience with the sales staff and I never felt pressured. I felt that everyone there really cared about it being my decision and wanted to help me make the best choice. I had lots of questions, and they were more than happy to answer each of them. I had the opportunity to speak with management about my wonderful experience and I have to say that the management staff is just as friendly and helpful. They really wanted to earn my business, and I'm proud to say that I'm loving my new CX-5.

I found that when going to other dealerships the sales staff was pushy and looked down on me for being a women. Never once did I feel this way at Jake Sweeney Mazda West. I went into the dealership not very hopeful. I've been turned down other places and thought I would have to go to a buy here pay here place. Kimberly was wonderful!! She kept me informed thru the whole process and then pulled up a car that I never would have thought I could own!! I love my new Mitsubishi!!! I will definitely come back to Kimberly in 2 years!

I was interested in possibly purchasing a car here after seeing the tv ads for 99 dollars down. What they don't tell you in the ad is that your credit has to be impeccable and the loan itself is short term. This according to one of their salesman I spoke to! I had seen a few cars I may have been interested in that were withing a price range I had in mind! There was a green VW Beetle that according to the Carfax report had no damage on it! but unless they had one in hiding, the only green beetle I saw have a few dents in it and was missing a light cover on it! The salesman I spoke to was nice enough but I wish their ad were clearer so I didn't have to waste both my and the salesmans time!
