rude service scheduler
I had a couple of general questions the person who said they just normally set up the service appointments are not actually at the dealership I was asking if a mask was required and I was explaining the issue she said that I had to wear a mask and I had to leave the car there because just for the check engine light it was a four-hour wait till they'd have to take away and bring me back well I'm disabled and wheelchair bound so I wanted to just wait and have the service completed but she was very clip very chip on her shoulder type of issue wouldn't really hear me just kept spouting the form she was supposed to use to talk to people there was no empathy there was no service centric person on the phone I've never had this much problem coming to Shawnee mission Kia I was told I couldn't even come as a drop off I mean or as a weight I had to make an appointment no other option was available but I wasn't sure when I would be available but she was very clip so I went ahead and made reservation but I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I was provided and this is even before I even get to Shawnee mission Kia for them to look at the car

Goni was very knowledgeable and was an excellent help in finding my new car. He took the time to send me detailed photos of the vehicle I was interested in. He was not pushy, just very helpful and caring. I’m so happy with my 2022 Kia Sorento! It’s BEAUTIFUL! This is my family’s 6th car from Shawnee Mission Kia!

I arrived ten to fifteen minutes early for oil change and recall issue but they took my car in and started it right away. Fast, friendly and great service
