I was in Virginia Beach from out of town. My passenger side window would not go up, and Beach Ford diagnosed the issue. Dottie, Billy, and Lucas from Beach Ford were extremely helpful in seeing me on short notice on a Saturday. They fixed my issue and went above and beyond. Mike, the sales manager, was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Beach Ford.

I would love to share my customer service feedback with the owner. I have purchased two vehicles from Beach Ford in the past but due to the inconsistent customer service I have experienced in the service department, I am not sure if I will purchase another vehicle from Beach Ford. Specifically I had to bring in specific bulletins to share in order to get my vehicle repaired appropriately. This has occurred on two occasions and resulted in multiple inconvenient trips to the service department for the same issues. I spent hours on the phone with Ford Corporate to get assistance for my most recent issue. It was the same issue I reported to the service department on two previous visits while the vehicle was still under warranty. It wasn’t until Vince in the service department reviewed my service record that it was determined Beach Ford service should have repaired the issue previously. He took swift action and provided a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired. Bottom line is I believe Beach Ford would benefit greatly from some basic customer service training. It is my opinion there is a communication breakdown among the customer, service agent, and the technicians.

Chris is excellent salesman. Very nice and personable. I had brought my 14 yr old nephew with me and he talked to him just as if he was the one making the purchase.
