Beach Ford made a mistake 3 years ago and reported to DMV

Beach Ford made a mistake 3 years ago and reported to DMV that my USAA insurance had a lien on my 2019 Ford Mustang, I paid cash for it! I'm trying to sell it and cannot get the title, USAA can't take the lien off because I didn't get a loan from them for the car. The worst part is that I've called Beach Ford 3 times and have been transferred too titling, nobody answers the phone and they don't return phone calls. I am loosing money by not being able to sell it because of not having the title. I've purchased probably 8 vehicles from them over the years, they'll never get my business again!

Beach Ford is the best!

Thrilled with my new Mach-e but even more so with everyone I dealt with at Beach Ford. A class organization in every respect. I couldn't be happier and I couldn't recommend them any more favorably.

Never under any circumstance take your car to Beach Ford

Never under any circumstance take your car to Beach Ford for service, I took my mustang in for warranty work of an SYNC issue, the said they updated the software, all they did was make my Bluetooth no longer work, and said I didn't have a warranty so they charged me full price of a diagnostic check. NEVER AGAIN.

Service was no preformed with no problems.

Service was no preformed with no problems. The service writer was not very helpful explaining or answering questions. I felt like I was bothering her. When asking what something was on the bill all she could say it was labor. I asked where it said labor and why it was &365.00 for a less than 2 hour job. I asked if they charge over a 130 dollars per hour and her response was I saved you money. Thankfully the service manager took the time to answer all my questions professionally and with genuine concern.

I received an email informing me that I missed my...

I received an email informing me that I missed my appointment- I had an appointment to program a keypad for a Bronco that I’ve waited a year and a half for ( not Beach Ford’s fault). I showed up for my appointment and clearly annoyed the service coordinator as I should have known better than to schedule this particular service with the service department?? Apparently there’s “another” Beach Ford service that performs this magical job. I was told I could wait 4 or 5 hours or reschedule. I chose to reschedule and am still waiting on a time and date. I’ve seen other folks get their “missed appointment “ email - after showing up for the scheduled appointment and being sent home - I wonder if this is to massage service numbers?? Clearly there’s an issue based on the reviews that I’ve read.

Terrible service all around. I had to schedule an...

Terrible service all around. I had to schedule an appointment for 3 recalls concerning my Mustang Mach E and everything went wrong, from the phone call to set up the appointment to the email received yesterday telling me that I 'missed my appointment' just after getting my car back after 3 days of intervention that should have taken only 2... To give you just two examples: - One of the recall was about the windshield which needed some reseal. On the phone, when asking to set up the appointment for this 'Ford nationwide recall', I was first told that Beach Ford does not do any intervention on windshields and that I should take an appointment directly with a company like Safelite... - When I eventually dropped the car off for the 2-day planned intervention and asked for the courtesy car (specifically mentioned in the Ford Recall letter and confirmed by phone when scheduling the appointment), I was told that Beach Ford don't have courtesy cars and was asked who from Beach Ford I had on the phone who promised me such a car… I had to show them the letter from Ford and insist heavily before I finally got a car.

I really enjoyed getting an email today telling me I had...

I really enjoyed getting an email today telling me I had “missed my appointment” Fri. after driving 30 min to my appt to find the service dept closed — after spending 39 min on hold trying to confirm the appt out of an abundance of covid caution. It was also pleasant to discover, after finding the service dept closed, 7 sales employees standing around doing nothing when I went over there to find out what was up. I am sure none could have been answering phones. Best of all though is when I called to reschedule this morning, stated what had happened and received not even a whiff of an apology. Great job guys!

This is the second time I have gotten a patch on a tire...

This is the second time I have gotten a patch on a tire here. Both times within a week the patch did not hold. It is over priced for the work that is being done especially when the company that fixed the patch only changes $6.

You’ll be happy you came here!

I hate going to dealerships and deal with the hassles and having the feeling your getting taken advantage of. NOT THE CASE HERE! Came into the dealership (no one chased me around the lot like other places) the two ladies at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. Told them what I needed and they got me assistance immediately. I told Montel Hervey (sales executive) that I was grumpy and sarcastic and told him what I was looking for. Montel didn’t miss a step. He showed me exactly what I was looking for, was honest about issues or potential concerns I might have, never pressured me anyway. I gave him a lot of sarcasm and “curve balls” the entire time and he kept providing excellent service. At the end of the two day experience with Montel and Beach ford, I feel I have received great service, fair price (no market markup) and decided to purchase two vehicles. Highly recommend if you want to have a good experience buying a vehicle, go the Beach ford!

Recall appointment

Vehicle was not ready at stated time. 8a appointment pick up at 1p. Truck ready at 4p, only due to multiple calls to service department. All recalls not met?typical ?dealer? attitude. If it?s not warranty work or the lure of potential ?trade in? moment you?re second fiddle.
