    Worst Customer Service. Didn't even try to help pretty much just made us feel horrible. The finance guy was awful and rude with another salesman our saleswoman... was unprofessional. We had negative vibes once entering. But we got helped elsewhere and left with a 2019 vehicle!!! I wouldn't step foot here ever!

    I bought a Chevy Malibu new from this dealership. At the time there was an indication that the dealer installed window tint had a lifetime warranty. After... about 5 years the visibility out the rear windshield started to deteriorate and it became very difficult and a safety issue. When I asked Rick Pool from the service center, he investigated the issue and let me know it would be covered. He also arranged to provide a loaner since we are more than ten miles away. I like working with Rick. He is friendly, easy to work with and is more conscientious and courteous than your typical service advisor. When the time comes it is very likely I will be heading back to this dealership for our next Chevy vehicle purchase. It's not as close as some of the other dealerships but I value the friendly service and trust that they'll take care of issues after a vehicle purchase.

    I want everyone in Arizona to know that Freeway Chevrolet is very unprofessional!!!! My cousin was under the impression that she was walking away with... a new car trading in her old Chevy in when in fact they did NOT let her know that when she was stopping in today that she had to give back the keys. The original sales girl Sherry didn???t even have the decency to face her with the situation at hand!! Another guy was sent over and didn???t even sit and fully explain or apologize about anything!! He Just asked for the keys back. Then told us he was sick he didn???t fell good and wasn???t going to sit down. Very rude!!!!!!! Then when they sent another guy to bring her keys tried to rush us off the lot..... Again very rude & unprofessionally done!!!!! He tried to act as if he wasn???t rushing us but the other car wasn???t even brought to the front until I asked for it to be brought around... I am very disappointed due to the fact that I myself have a Chevy!!! The plate wasn???t even put back on until I asked nor was the original paperwork given back until I asked!!!! My cousin wasn???t in the mood to deal with the matter but what do you expect she was bamboozled!!!!!!! So can you imagine now what she has to deal with the original bank, insurance, credit score changing, so xxxx Unprofessional of them not even helping with getting back on track!!!! It is actually disgusting how she was treated and I will NOT and she will NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO FREEWAY CHEVROLET!!!!!!!!!

    I took my 2003 SSR to have some body work on my driver's door.This vehicle is no longer made since 2006. MNGR. Brain and his crew managed to find a door... and matched the custom color to a T. They also fix my retractable hard top at my request after many others siad they couldn't. I was so impressed that I took my 2013 MB CLS to get repainted,# awesome.

    Avoid this olace. Looking to max their points and won???t stop at greed. Errors in contract and sales rep deliberately jeopardized my safety system by... having the sales guy cancel my OnStar. Poor communucation. Poor trade values. Lots of excuses. Not willing to put the work into a deal and they need to learn something called work ethic. Don???t walk run from this dealership. -5
