Tyler took very good care of me and my truck.

Tyler took very good care of me and my truck. The facility is always clean and everyone very friendly. The only issue I had was the lack of availability of a loaner vehicle.

We absolutely LOVED working with Erica Aydelotte!

We absolutely LOVED working with Erica Aydelotte! She went above and beyond and was forever patient through the entire purchasing process. She even personally delivered our new truck. We got exactly what we wanted thanks to Erica. Huge kudos to her!

Took one week just to look at my vehicle.

Took one week just to look at my vehicle. Could not get answers about warranty coverage until after the vehicle was looked at and additional day delay for repairs due to incompetence! After asking for service received constant request to purchase my vehicle. Never buying a Chevy again!

I was told my payment was $70 a month more than it really

I was told my payment was $70 a month more than it really was so they could add the warryfor just $16 more a month. When I cancelled the warranty I found out the payment will stay $86 a month more because I was lied to. Also I was told the car had a few options that it doesnt have but didn?t know till I had the car home and was exploring it. Don?t buy from Freeway Chevrolet.

The most terrible service I have EVER experienced

The most terrible service I have EVER experienced shopping for a car. I called in before going in person and one of the questions I asked was about add ons on a used vehicle, the service associate assured me that there was not going to be any add ons. Once I got to the dealership, the service associate drafted an estimate on the price of the vehicle and lo and behold there was over $3,400 worth of add ons. This dealership is not transparent and will deceive you. Do not do business with them!

Beware of this dealership!

Beware of this dealership! Careful going in here, went to go look at a truck they had for sale. I liked the truck but as soon as we sat down to talk about numbers that's where things went downhill. They were trying to tack on over $5,000 worth of add-ons!!! The salesman I was working with was kind which I appreciated but holy Moses in this day and age you can't be trying to take people for those kind of add-on fees.

Okay please correct me if I am wrong, recently took my

Okay please correct me if I am wrong, recently took my 2016 corvette for display screen repair, picked up my vehicle and on my way home it started doing the same thing, contacted freeway and told them I was heading out of town and couldn’t return right away. Now my vehicle was under warranty and the deductible was $100.00. Took vehicle back and when the vehicle was repaired was told I needed to pay $100.00 deductible again I was confused, I asked why am I paying again for something that was not fixed right the first time. Now am I wrong because if the issue was not fixed the first time I paid the $100.00 deductible why was I paying again. The service guy kept saying it was the warranty company and I explained that Freeway Chev should be eating the cost because the vehicle was not repaired right the first time.
