Made Good on Resolving Issue

After writing a review at the beginning of March of my issue, Chuck Meyer reached out to me and made right my concern. I am much appreciative of him taking care of the problem. Thank you.

poor services and team members lying to me

I brought my truck into Freeway to have a matter dealt with the service rep said that the reason I had to pay so much was the protocol they had to adhere to. My truck had codes that worried me so I called him to say, he said not to worry and keep driving the truck. eventually it was blowing black smoke and so I finally took it back into him. he now said that the entire fuel system would have to be replaced on my 2021 silverado 3500 and would now cost me $ 25,000 to fix. I got a little upset and said to him that the protocol and the $ 1800 I already paid was to prevent this from happening. His comment was that I should have gone through my insurance so I am not sure if this means they do a better job if through insurance. I have tried to have the dealership contact me to discuss but to date they have not even given the courtesy of contacting me.

After talking to multiple certified diesel technicians, we did perform the correct diagnosis and recommendations. unfortunately, when diesel fuel gets contaminated, It is a costly repair and process. This dealership was a rip off

They ripped off my wife. Sold her items she didn't need. Nitrogen filled tires Window tinted glass . Door edge guards Our salesman named Mike was very unprofessional .

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

This dealer advertised a price at $42,995 on cars.com. I submitted a request to get the best price possible from the dealer. I almost instantly got a call wanting to show me the vehicle and that he could probably get a couple thousand off. After hearing nothing for most of the following day I received a quote for WAY more than a few thousand off. It was over 55k! Taxes where around 4k so that leaves around 8k in fees reconditioning and accessories that had already been installed. The sales rep I worked with, since the one from the night before was suddenly too sick to respond back to me said ”We install it all once we get the vehicle but to be honest I do not create the price I’d give it to you for free lol, but where did you need to be I’ll go grind my boss and do all I can for you.” I did not respond to any further texts. A sales manager called me later in the day and this call ended abruptly in an unprofessional manner. DoNotBother

worst car sales deal ever

was going to buy a 2017 used corvette grand sport at $63,000 only to find out they add $ 6,000 for certified. I don't think a customer should have to pay no matter how much it cost the deallership to get the vette back to were it needs to be for them to sell it. when we got there we stood by the car for 25 minutes waiting for some meeting to be over with, while the sales people watching us through the window, we have money, great credit and was treated very poorly on the whole process, I cant believe no one wanted to sell the used corvette to us, also we had a rt challenger, a great trade in, so we left and went to a different dealer ship and bought a new challenger rt scatpack for $ 22,000 with a 10 yr warranty less then the vette was, I would never buy any car from this dealership. all they care about is raising the price on their cars to cover their employees expenses like service, ect. their not for the customer only to line their pockets.

Superior customer service and product knowledge! 2

I worked with Tyler in the service dep. He was very helpful in getting the part needed for my corvette, he was very professional! The dealership is very clean and everyone is very helpful! I would highly recommend them for all your auto needs!

Incompetent service department

Terrible customer service and communication. The service department had our 2020 equinox on 2 occasions with in a week because they didn't fix the problem the first time! The service manager we dealt with was terrible at communicating and couldn't explain concisely what they were doing to fix the issue. Got the car back after spending over $800 plus paying for rental car during that time and they still did not fix the car! We had to take to a new dealership and now have been without our car for over 2 weeks. This is our only car!! The dealership also put in a claim for our rental with my extended warranty for reimbursement and they didn't even pay or set up the rental!! That was 6/10 and it's now 7/28 and they still have not cut us a check for the rental reimbursement!! I spoke with a lady initially who said, yes they owe us that $ and a check would be cut in a few days! Still waiting and I've left multiple voice-mail for that lady and she is not returning my calls!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, TIME, AND MONEY!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INCOMPETENT CROOKS!!!! Our salesman that initially sold us our car from there even told us he wouldn't let that shop work on any of his vehicles!!!
