The guys and gals at Lithia Subaru on Kietzke Ln in Reno are awesome. From sales right through to the mechanics. Always courteous, helpful and so polite. I felt like a queen! Hugo in the front took very good care of me, he was so polite and respectful, and got my service ticket and loaner car ready in the blink of an eye! The mechanic was Ivan, and he too was polite and respectful and very good at explaining things so I could understand. It just doesn’t get any better. Hagen was our sales representative and we appreciated his thorough, knowledgeable and no pressure approach. Hagen spent time on the phone prior to our appointment to ensure he understood our needs before we even visited Lithia Subaru. On the day of our appointment Hagen had the Outback models we discussed staged and standing by for our test drives. Again, no pressure, no rush and Hagen took the time to answer our questions and explain the features and benefits and differences between models. Although we had not planned to purchase that day Hagen made the process so effortless we decided to go home with a brand new 2019 Outback 3.6R Touring model and we absolutely love it. We were given a fair and reasonable price for our trade-in and a very competitive sale price along with 0% what’s not to like. The Lithia Subaru team were both genuine and professional.
