Maurice was phenomenal to work with. We had purchased a vehicle from Hall earlier this year. Unfortunately it was totaled in a car accident. I was dreading going through the whole car buying process again but Maurice was so helpful. He answered all of our questions and turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. He even delivered the car to my house the next day.

Went in to buy a ridge line RTL-E based on a true car...

Went in to buy a ridge line RTL-E based on a true car offer for MSRP. It was the only RTL-E they had in stock. Negotiated the trade in and was ready to buy and THEN they want to add almost 5K for a market adjustment. Complete BS and not in line with the true car promise. Horrible business practice as the offer is what made me drive out of my way to the dealer. Then they tried to contact me…no missed calls and no messages.

Maurice Forbes should be employee of the year. I really appreciated his honesty and effort with helping me purchase my 1st car! ( I was extremely particular, not open to much) He was patient and thorough and was truly invested into helping me find something that work just right for me. Definitely thankful and would absolutely recommend! Jason Dela Cruz greeted my dad and I when we walked in. He was very hospitable and helped us right away. And within a few minutes I was on the lot looking at vehicles.

We had a great buying experience with Maurice, Justin, and Byron. Maurice personable and knowledgeable. He helped us make the right choices to suit our family’s needs. Justin made it a point to check in with us multiple times during the process. Byron treated us like family. He made what is usually the most intimidating part of process of buying a car so easy that he helped us buy two at one time. Hall Honda has a friendly vibe and the positive camaraderie among the employees was evident.

My husband purchased his Honda Ridgeline from Harland. So...

My husband purchased his Honda Ridgeline from Harland. So it was time for me to purchase a new vehicle. I went elsewhere and ended up having nothing but headaches from my 2020 Nissan Sentra I decided to get rid of my Nissan and asked my husband who sold him his ridgeline many years ago.. lol.. he had to go through his emails and got his name. We went to hall Honda before they opened and looked at the 2021 Honda HR-V came back when they opened and asked for Harland. My husband bought his Ridgeline back in 2013 and Harland still remembered him after all these years. He took the time to listen what I wanted some things I got and some I didn’t. I had no intention of purchasing a car. But after all was said and done. I purchased a 2021 Honda HR-V. All I have to say is if you are looking to purchase a Honda at Hall Honda. Be sure to ask for Harland. He has me as a customer for life.
