If this is not top notch quality customer service I really don’t know what is!!!!!! I am not exaggerating when I say Dylan was exceptional with getting us a perfect deal with all the requirements and perks we were looking for and on top of that her offered exceptional customer service and professionalism throughout. Normally this process is long but it didn’t feel that way because of how much effort was made by Dylan to make us feel comfortable and at ease while everything was being taken care of. Take your service here I highly recommend.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I am so pleased with my experience with Hall Honda. We were looking for a vehicle for my son and My salesperson Harland Roberts was Awesome!!! Prior to meeting with him my son verbalized what type of vehicle we were looking for as well as Price range. Harland had 4 different options for us and all 4 vehicles available to be test driven. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered whatever questions we had. My son purchased the vehicle that he wanted, and we are very pleased. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Hall Honda with Harland Roberts as my Salesperson

I've have been looking at a vehicle online for about 1...

I've have been looking at a vehicle online for about 1 week now. The price online is $30,585. I email asking if the vehicle is still available before I go out to see and test drive it. Don replies with yes at the online price of $33,585. THREE thousand dollars more. I point this out. No apology just a whole bunch of..... well with the chip shortage and blah, blah, blah....... So bait and switch, price gouging. Social media and the state attorney general are nice places to go. I'd give him a 0 star if I could. I have copies of the internet ad price and his response.

I base this review on my recent experience dropping off...

I base this review on my recent experience dropping off my car for state inspection. Blake Chipok and the intake technician (I forgot his name, he is the young man, dark hair, glasses) served as a model of the teamwork and excellent customer service that serve as a foundation for the service department. The two worked together collaboratively to schedule my car even though there where no longer any appointments available for the day. Blake explained the issue the computer was having and walked through the process to add cars as drop offs when the scheduled appointments are full. I was impressed with the level of team building that this small exchanged demonstrated: teamwork in the problem-solving and mentoring and excellent customer service communicating to me what to expect.

I filed a complaint against the dealership in regards to...

I filed a complaint against the dealership in regards to unfair practices. They pulled my credit obsessively and treated me with disrespect and I was discriminated against. Tyler pretty much harassed me and continued to try and get me to pulled my credit. I called to speak with Papa and was only told that he would get back with me and he never did!!! It has been almost 1 month and no one has tried to contact me in any way!!!! It appears this dealership and picks an chooses who they believe has money based on appearances to them and those are the customers they choose to acknowledge.
