Everyone was kind and helpful Alann Sawyer my salesman was Fantastic and the manager Dalton was phenomenal and the finance lady was exceptional. Everything was very smooth. I can't remember her name is either Melissa or Jennifer I can't remember the finance lady name but it was just so smooth like I was in and out within an hour and I just wanna thank them forever for helping me.

Mike worked with Naldo and we really appreciated both of
Mike worked with Naldo and we really appreciated both of them and their involvement. I will say we are not happy to have to wait over a week to have a most likely faulty back safety sensor to be LOOKED AT on a car that was TWO DAYS OLD! The answer from someone in service was "sometimes it is the weather!" Please! That's not a valid answer and an insult to our intelligence and experience. We have had two previous enclaves and the safety sensors all worked for five years throughout all weather situations. The wait and snack area is really underwhelming compared to Aurora Ram and Tim Lally. At least refill the snacks while people are waiting for their repairs. I think the Floor Mgr. is Dalton? and he was very helpful and nice.
