    It was good. However, my inspection sticker was expired and I did not know and the service team did not catch it on their 4 point inspection, so it makes me wonder how effective the 4 point inspection is.

    This is my first time writing a review but yes the people who helped me get a car need some merit. Shout out to sherri and brian from checkered flag honda they are the one who helped me, give me lots of options in favore of me.. they're truely the best person to ask and checkered flag is the best place to shop for a car.     My service consultant, Terry Ruffin, sets the tone for my perception of the service I receive. I don't meet with the mechanics or anyone directly involved with the maintenance of my vehicle, so Terry is my connection to the service I receive. As long as I have confidence in what he says to me as truth, I will have a favorable perception of Checkered Flag Honda Service!

    I was impressed on how professional everyone was there. The moment that I walked into the door, I was immediately welcomed. I really appreciate the information and how Brendan Powell went step by step with the whole process. Not only did Mr. Powell help me find a vehicle within my purchase, he did not pressure me to purchasing a vehicle. I definitely recommend Checkered Flag Honda.

    The team takes care of me and treats me like family every time! I had an issue with breaking trim on my liftgate as well as my navigation unit. Both items were taken care of and my Navi unit functions perfectly! I was also given a passcard for a local car wash!
