We had a great experience at checkered flag! The guy that helped us, Josh, treated us as we were his own family or friend. He tailored our purchase to our needs. He didn’t over sell or under sell any add ons with the car. We are very satisfied with the purchase

I like the kids corner provided while waiting for my car. Customer service was great despite of the short staff.

Poor customer service
I had a scheduled appointment, had to sit out in a line in the hot sun. then the bay was closed with no ventilation. Temp outside 100 the Bay hotter, 4 cars in the bay had to wait for customer rep in extreme heat

Great fast service!
The complimentary inspection were very helpful! They charged and tested my battery for free and also made a minor repair to my front bumper.
