I was treated like family!

Though the salesman and I never met before, I felt very comfortable with Eddie in a short amount of time. There were no surprises, or "by the ways". Everything went pretty smooth, and as expected. I think the dealership has a good reputation, another reason I chose to go there. The crossing guard (Linda) at my daughters elementary school has had 2 Elantras over the years that I have known her. We have become friends since having common cars.

Model Sales Person Brian Gombocz

We return to Hyundai Paramus because of the excellent service we have received from Brian Gombocz. When our lease was expiring we did not think twice. We knew we would see Brian because Brian establishes relationships. Over the years we would get a call from him to see how things were going. Brian is not your typical high pressure sales person. He takes time, listens in order to understand what our needs are--he is a true professional who is warm and engaging establishing trust while also having extensive knowledge on the Hyundai products and service department. An example of who he is, after not seeing him for a few years, he saw me in the Parts Dept. came over and greeted me by my name!!!!!! AMAZING. Not only did he remember my name he also remembered my husband. Brian takes time to explain all the features of the new car, making sure we understand how to use i.e. Bluetooth, the radio, Blue Link and even the Service Department. He is the model sales person. Hyundai Paramus is fortunate to have him. We will always go to Brian for the next car we get.

They Are Crooks

My husband bought a car here and they took advantage of an elderly man. They told him they would take over the lease of his old car and pay the last installment and never did. They did not answer his calls either. Eric the salesman he had is a liar and a crook. Do not buy there.

Iggi is the man

Iggi was an amazing salesman. He did everything he could to make me happy without being overly aggressive. That's The difference between a good salesman and great salesman.

Miss leading sales people

I have leased 2 cars and purchased on in 6 years. Now I pay cash for a new 2017 Elantra, the dealer closed my lease early to get the deal. I gave them a Check for $23, 700 dollars, paid in full and they charged me a disposition fee of $427.00 for not financing. I was not informed of this penalty at the time of the transaction and have been unable to get this fee waived for dealership loyalty. Only the Manager can do this and they refused me. O have a case open against them now with corporate Hyundai. Stay away fro these miss leading cheats jut trying to get your money then turning their back on you

Great leasing experiance

Just leased a new Elantra, had a wonderful experience dealing with Iggi, he was able to give proper guidance. He was kind and efficient and feel lucky to have completed the process with him. Certainly recommend the sales person and the dealer if you are in market for a new vehicle.

Best Experience

Joseph was very patient which i liked. He went over all the different options and picked out the best car for me. I will be back asking for him when he time comes for my next vehicle. He was very respectful and very nice and made the process relaxing.
