Overall, your team of consultants were very helpful and friendly in greeting people and offering to help. The Sales consultant Eric was the first person I met and would have done business with him if we were not involved with another customer. He introduced Brian to me and I thank him for that. He too commented that Brian was a Quality person. So it is not only observed by the customer, but also, your own team.

POOR/RESTRICTED SVCE. HOURS.

I AM QUITE HORRIFIED BUT NOT SURPRISED TO READ ALL THE NASTY REVIEWS HERE AND WANT TO ADD MY OWN ALSO. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET FOR MY 2016 ELANTRA'S FIRST SVCE. - WHICH IS FREE - FOR 5 MONTHS NOW; I CAN ONLY MAKE A LATE AFTERNOON TIME WHICH THEY NEVER COULD GIVE ME. I WAS TOLD REPEATEDLY THAT 1:30 IS THE LATEST THEY COULD TAKE ME AS THE TECHS LEAVE AT 2:30. THERE IS NO 'LATE HOURS' DAY EITHER. IN MY 65 YEARS HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS A DEALERSHIP WITH SUCH RESTRICTED TIMINGS. TODAY AFTER A LONG DEBATE AND ARGUMENT I GOT AN APPT. FOR 3:30 AFTER A 45 MIN. QUARREL WHEN I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND SHE ADMITTED THAT TECHS DID WORK TILL LATER THAN 2:30. WHAT A BUNCH OF NONSENSE. I CALLED THE MAHWAH HYUNDAI DEALER THEY HAVE HAVE LATE HOURS ON TUESDAY AND CAN TAKE ME AT 6 PM...ON OTHER DAYS I COULD GO TILL 3 PM IF THEY HAVE AN OPENING...EITHER WOULD HAVE WORKED FOR ME JUST FINE. BUT SINCE I HAVE FREE 1ST SVCE. AT RTE 4....I FEEL COMPELLED TO AVAIL OF THAT. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO RTE.4 PEOPLE!!!

Best,most accommodating dealership Ever experience

This is the sixth car I've purchased so it's safe to say I've dealt with all kinds of dealers and dealerships. I can't say enough good things about this place. The sales man Jefferson was fantastic and it didn't feel in anyway that I was being pressured to buy. The manager James Cavuto was also super congenial. They both listened to my needs what I wanted to pay and got me into a beautiful 2017 Elantra Eco in no time (and the colour I wanted!!)...never once were a whole bunch of numbers thrown at me or tacked on before closing. They really came through for me and I intend on recommending them and heir services to every I know looking for a new vehicle.

2016 Genesis 3.8 Htrac is so nice

Genesis 3.8 2016 is my first Hyundai car in my life. This car has great shape and options and safety and performance. Highly recommend I will take new lease when this contract was done

Everything was on time. I hadn't appointment, but dealer came at the same time as I parked my old car. So I spent no more than 20-30 min for choosing the car

Excellent Sales Consultant
