Warranty-recall

Service Mgr Dave and mechanic Jim always take care of my truck and handle any issues promptly and thoroughly. Previous warranty work solved problems with electrical system. Great team!!

Jacob was very helpful and knowledgeable

Friendly service, our salesman, Jacob was very helpful through the process of buying a new car. Got a good price for the car, finance department was also helpful.

Sutton Ford was a blessing to me and my family

Sutton Ford really cares about their customers. They work with you and help you when you’re in a bind and don’t know what to do. Chatman Farland is a God send. If you need a car, make sure you ask for him. He’s not out to get a buck. He wants you to blessed with what God has for you. And Jeff really go out of his way to help. From the showroom to the Finance office to the service area to the the door, they are all wonderful people who care.

Customer service.

Everything went as described. Car was repaired and I was on my way very quickly. I am always very satisfied with the service here. Dealer personnel have always been customer oriented.

My Lincoln 2019

Wonderful, no problems. Mr. Parker is always a professional and knowledgeable in the car I am looking for. I have come to him for all my vehicles at Sutton.

Electrical issue with Blindspot and Cross traffic monitor

Sutton did a great job with analyzing, testing the car. Although they saw the error message in the record, the were not able to recreate the issue. So it will monitor to see if it reappears.

Great Overall Experience

I came into Sutton Ford looking for a specific vehicle which turned out to be sold. However, upon my arrival, I received exceptional customer service and was shown a car that was a much better fit for my family and I. I would recommend this dealer to anyone as they did everything they could to make the car buying experience as pleasant as possible.

Worst experience EVER!!!!

This was the worst possible experience with a dealership in my life. They do more damage to your vehicle to try to get more money out of you. An employee took my keys home with her so that I could not pick up my car. My car was deemed undrivable after being on their property. I paid for an oil change that wasn’t done until after it stopped on me and was towed back to them a month later. I WOULDN’T BUY A STICK OF GUM from this cutthroat immorally run company.
