Prior to making the drive to Akron, I spoke with Courtney on the phone and told her what I was interested in. When I arrived she had several trucks for me to look at/drive. She was extremely personable and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The whole process from test driving to purchasing my new truck was flawless. I went in really not expecting to be able to drive away with anything. Like most people my credit isn't the best and I'm still building credit. I was turned down my EVERYONE else. So I was very excited when I was approved for a 2015!!! Mitch was awesome. He knew I wasnt there to waste my time and really listened. I will definitely be a customer for life.

Courtney did a great job. She made the process fast, smooth, and painless unlike the salesman I worked with originally who would not return my calls. I was told that was out of character for that salesman so I won't name him but Courtney took great care of my wife and I. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another a car from her in the future.
