Purchased a car today for Van Devere and it was a great experience. Brett and all the sales staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Brett showed us cars in our price range and was not pushy on buying a car. Brett was great even though we came on a cold, snowy day initially. He heated up the cars we wanted to look at and made it a great experience. Also the next day we came in he was willing to let us walk around the lot and look at all the options and just get in the cars to see how our 6 ft tall son felt sitting in the different cars! We actually ended up going with a higher priced car as it was a better fit for what we were looking for in a vehicle but had many options to choose from with this dealer. This is our 3 rd vehicle from Van Devere and I know when it's time for our next vehicle we will be coming back here! I went to Vandeveere when my car was falling apart, I was in desperate need of a new one! I met these friendly salesmen, who were more than willing to assist me! I traded in my limited edition Chrysler Pacifica for a 09 Buick Enclave I bought from VanDevere. I went alone as a woman which was wrong thing to do number. I asked all the right questions from my salesperson which was named Duncan which was later fired after I purchased my car for telling me all fradulent n wrong information. That told me within itself something was wrong because how do you fire the salesperson if it's not an issue or if I have not been lied to but now myself as the customer is now stuck with this Buick I mean bucket that I got from VanDevere I have only had the car 9 months now I'm being told the car needs $5,000 worth of work I have talked to two other mechanics that tells me that gaskets just don't all go out like that or all blow like that that this had to been a issue that built up over time now I went to the dealership to get my car serviced in September the end of September beginning of October of issues that my car was doing the same thing right before it cut off and broke down they told me all I needed was oil AND I HADA LEAK OIL N Transmission A PROBLEM THAY WAS PREVIOUS FIX BUT NOW THEY TELLING THEY GONE FIX IT FOR FREE CAUSE I HAD JUST GOT IT FIXED UNDER MY WARRANTY.. NO I believe my gaskets was messing up then and no one properly inspected my car or they didn't care what a rip off... bad business!!! my car has been back to the service to get work done at least once a month since I have had my car for 9 months. Is the shame that you ask people that you thinking you can trust all the right questions before you purchase a vehicle and they can tell you anything and you can get a bucket... I was just getting my credit up very decent and now its ruined thanks.

Mitch has assisted us twice in buying a used vehicle. He is quite knowledgeable. If there is something he doesn't know, he finds out. He won't try to snow you. He helps make the all around buying experience pain free.
