I Felt Comfortable

Shaliyah and Chris were wonderful working with me. I’m a first time car buyer. Almost in my mid-30s so I’m a very late bloomer compared to most. I’ve always had a car that had something wrong with it from the moment I laid eyes on it. So to have something from this year is pretty amazing to me. I’ve had cars nearly or over 20 years old. I would pray nothing bad would happen to it. Now I get to pray that I keep this car. I’m still in shock. I’m always so humbled for anything that I get to drive, but everyone deserves something that not only is appealing to look at but will be reliable. Both of these agents took their time with me. I was so nervous I was low key shaking the whole time. I had my husband there with me because he knows about cars and helped me not to stumble into any obligations that I know I won’t be able to succeed in. I can’t thank Chris or Shaliyah enough for taking care of me and making my first car buying experience a good one. I can’t wait to go to work today and pop up on everyone and see if they notice. For nearly 10 years I’ve had the same 1997 Ford Taurus. The check engine light is always on, always had a leak somewhere and would take forever to warm the car or needed a new battery which my dad would always find some rickety one to get me by. I’m grateful and humbled for my dad, but it was time for a change. Hopefully my days of driving around Priscilla is over and I can keep and maintain Pearl. Yes...we named the car and yes, she’s female (insert laughter here). Thank you guys again for working with me and really making sure you took care of me. I will definitely refer your dealership to other people.

Amazing Service

Worthless Warranty

Do not purchase the warranty here you’re better getting car shield or carchex. I’ll never ever purchase another vehicle from Casey Kia and I’m working hard with my lawyer to get out of this one!!!

Hello Ms. Finch. I am sorry you feel this way. You do have a very good Warranty through KIA Motors. Every warranty has terms and conditions. Unfortunately we were not able to help you with your engine failure for the lack of maintenance and/or ability to produce maintenance records. Professionalism

We met with Charles on 2/28 to buy a used Ford. Even though it was the end of the night and he was extremely busy, Charles never made us feel rushed. He explained what was happening every step of the way and answered all of our questions. Even though we were buying a used car, Charles had prepared before our arrival and familiarized himself with the features of the vehicle we wanted. He is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone without question.
