Mr.Charles was great. I came in and he took marvelous care of me. I was in and out so fast and when I say he treated me like family!!! I Love him!!! Definitely would recommend him to everyone looking for a car. Very upfront and truthful about everything. I left a very happy lady. 10/10 stars.
