I love the changes they made with the servicing of my SUV! It's great to see the part they will be replacing and the updates. I love seeing the results of the tests and recommendations before I pick it up. Max is a great service advisor. I've had him for a long time and I have always been happy with the service he provides. Jake was responsive, considerate, and knowledgeable. He let me know what was happening with my vehicle, when the part was expected, and provided a nice loaner car until my car was repaired, which was over a month. Thank you for great service.

Hyundai Auto Nation, Tempe.

Hyundai Auto Nation, Tempe...is the best place for Our Hyundai Cars! This is a dealership who values customer-dealership relationships. They value giving the best service with a smile! I have a 2020 Hyundai Tucson, yet, I still go back to this dealership for my service...because I know that they do a very good job in maintaining my car. Yes, given that it is a little more expensive that a normal car service place, BUT I pay for quality work and not to mention the best people friendly staff. Ashley, my service advisor, knows her craft pretty well. She makes sure that my Hyundai gets what it needs. I salute Hyundai Auto Nation, Tempe, for putting their customers first and giving the best service experience for our Hyundais!!!

I would have give Hyundai Tempe an 11 out of 10!

I would have give Hyundai Tempe an 11 out of 10! I only came there b/c I blew a tire on I-8 on way to California. I usually go to Jim Click Hyundai in Tucson . I had no idea how great Hyundai service could be! I am going to drive up to Tempe for my service in the future! Max Moon was exceptional in customer service, communication and compassion. He took superior care of me going above and beyond! I would highly recommend Hyundai Tempe!!

Tried to buy a 2025 Tucson with a trade vehicle worth

Tried to buy a 2025 Tucson with a trade vehicle worth $15,500. While I was at dealership I was given a print out of my purchase vehicle for max $30,600 inc trade and what I thought was "price out the door". Got emails from said Sales mgr (he wasn't) that the price now inc $799 tinted glass (new car had tinted glass) $899 dent protestation (I never purchase), $799 for some other made up charges (I would not want) and then I noticed $599 doc fees, and $899+ "other inclusions" not specific. App $3000+ more than original price I was counting on. Tried to talk with GM of dealership twice but he was always "in meetings" and after talking with a fast talking "sales mgr" I was told the original sales guy would call me to straighten everything out. He never called. In realty this dealership claims to make such little profit on car markup they have to confuse you into all these extras. I am sure they sell plenty of cars, but mainly to people who are scared of car salesman when they walk in and or don't really know the "shuffle games" car salesman's enjoy manipulating on the general public And car salesman wonder why they have such low appeal to the general public. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves. Ever wonder why about ever 6-9 months at car dealerships, there are different GM's and salespeople? Hi turn over. Buyer beware.
