I went to this dealership initially because they had a pre-owned car with the specs I was looking for which included a below market price. The Salesman, Alan, and Business Manager, Lance, were very cordial and professional. The test drive was positive and the car was as advertised. I pointed out that the tires would need replacing soon and they immediately agreed to replace the tires without any further discussion. They then told us some additional repairs they were making such as a new battery. All in all. a very positive experience and painless transaction. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a late model, pre-owned vehicle.

We had a very good experience at Automax in Marlborough, MA. My wife and I stopped by to "take a look" ended up buying a 2014 Kia Sorento. Chris Trombley was very helpful and courteous. He didn't pressure us into purchasing a vehicle, but was very helpful as he assisted us in the process. Carol in finance was a pleasure to work with. The detailing Crew was fantastic and our vehicle looked very nice after they went thru it. We are very pleased with our vehicle and wanted to say "Thank you!" and keep up the excellent service!

I came in on a Sunday and I was not greeted by anyone. I sat down and waited for approximately 15 minutes before finally getting up and asking someone for help. When I asked to look at a car, Paul seemed confused as to why I was there. He then told me that Sunday is when people buy cars, not look at cars. He seemed so flabbergasted about it that I almost left because he made me feel unwelcome. This feeling continued throughout the process. In addition, he'll let the car be seen by a mechanic, but only if it's within five miles and he brings it to the mechanic. He then laughed at me when I said I needed to think about the purchase before filling out a credit application (which I don't need but he forces you to use credit to buy the car in order to get The advertised price). I should have known from the minute I walked in that this is a bad dealership. The entire thing was sketchy and I feel bad for people that are taken advantage of by Paul.

I recently purchased my new Volvo here. I was given a good price for my old one as a trade in, and the new one had any dents and dings removed before I took possession of it, free of charge. It looks brand new! The few times I've had to call to request something, such as when I forgot something in my old car, it got attended to immediately. AutoMax Preowned goes the extra mile for the customer, and I really appreciate it.
