Nice car

The absolute BEST vehicle buying experience!!!

From start to finish, it was hands down the best experience we have had, purchasing a vehicle! Trevor J. did a great job from the onset of listening to our wants/needs and tailor the buying experience to our family. He was also very patient and took the time to explain & demonstrate all the features of our new Odyssey. Trevor made it clear he didn't want the experience to be a stressful one and they would do everything in their power to get us the vehicle we wanted at the best price possible. Once we decided to move forward with trading in our old van, the finance team did an amazing job of laying out all our options and were very flexible in allowing us to choose the right solution for our needs. So far, the service after the sale has been spot on as well. Kudos to everyone who we've interacted with at Dick Hannah Honda Vancouver, you have made a client for life! We would highly recommend DDHV for anyone looking to purchase a new/used vehicle.

Great service

Bought a honda Odyssey from Dick Hanna Vancouver. Dylan was our sale associate. He was knowledgeable and very reasonable. Felt like I got a great deal.

Friendly, Transparent Service

As we all know, car buying is invasive and takes a really long time but Scott made the process smooth with his transparent and frequent updates. Prior to arriving at the dealership Scott and I had been in contact about my desired car. He provided clear updates and even helped to begin work on trading in my then existing car. He was very attentive and patient as my significant other and I discussed our requirements and stipulations for purchasing our new vehicle with him. Scott always had a smile on his face, patience with his communication, and transparency about the process for the dealership. At one point I had to step away to deal with a few things, and he was understanding and patient. Not once did this hamper our process or treatment. It was very refreshing to work with someone as understanding, kind, and straightforward as Scott. From the time I began communicating with Scott about our search for a new car he was open and honest about Dick Hannah's stock and how they could fulfill our needs. We don't purchase cars often, but would purchase from Scott and Dick Hannah again. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Rip Off

When a dealership will charge a poor young hard working lady over $2000 more than an used auto is worth should be subject to prosecution for theft

Best Experience ever hands down!

Scott Doyle is very professional in what he does. He made my first time buying a vehicle stress free and was very consistent in his communication with myself the entire time. I would 100% work with him again in the future. I already have recommended him to multiple co-workers and friends.

Kia made me do it

I was looking at getting a new 2018 Sorento Limited at the KIA dealer, but the salesman was just terrible. So my wife saw a Honda CRV she liked and talked me into giving Honda a chance since KIA left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm very glad she did, Mike Melnick was awesome, listened to what I had to say unlike the kia guy and helped every way he could to make us happy. He made us very happy.

Straight forward honesty

My salesperson Beth was very knowledgeable and great at her job,she was very helpful and I never felt rushed. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Hannah dealerships,and highly recommend.

Awesome experience
