    The salesperson was rude, judgmental and dismissive. There were absolutely no other customers, but he made us feel like we were wasting his time. Why subject... yourself to this treatment? Don't go here.

    Visited with my spouse. Granted we were dressed to go adventuring for the day, but the immediate judgement and dismissive attitude of the sales staff was... the rudest experience we have ever had. We walked out within 5 minutes of this treatment. If you want to be belittled and looked down upon, go ahead and go here.

    We purchased a KIA Cadenza at this dealership on 3/11/20. We were promised a second key but never received. No return calls. We purchased a KIA Cadenza... at this dealership on 3/11/2020. At the time of purchase only one key was available and were promised an additional programmed key that they had ordered while we were signing the purchase agreement. We were supposed to hear within a week or two from them and go to the KIA dealer down the road to get it and get it programmed. I contacted Mercedes on two separate occasions and left messages to both the sales person and the finance manager that weren't returned. Contacted third time on 4/6/20 and spoke to sales person Gary Fuller that would look into it and he said to text him instead. I texted him and he responded they would order the next day and he would let me know when it was ordered. I text Gary on 4/7 to ask if the key was ordered and he told me yes. He contacted me by unprofessional text on 4/8 to tell me to go to KIA, pay for the key and programming and bring them the bill and they they will give me a check. I asked why they can't pay for the key and programming to KIA directly since it was never discussed I would have to pay anything at any time. I was told that's how it has to be done and if I don't like it I can contact Mitch Dobbins the finance manager since he's the one that promised me the key. Upon contacting Mitch asking why I had to pay and then go to them to get my money he gave me a conflicting story and then told me he was going to get it sorted out and get back with me. He didn't return my call on 4/8. I called again 4/9, left a message on his voicemail and it wasn't returned. I called again 4/10 and left another message which wasn't returned. All I want is what was promised (proof by text and promissory note). I offered (on the latest voicemail message) get the key from a local shop (by my house since the dealership is quite out of the way) which would actually be $100 cheaper than the KIA dealer. This dealership has been extremely unprofessional and is actually the second bad experience with a key from this Sonic automotive group. A google review has been left including pictures of text exchange and promissory note. Stay away from this place or if you do buy, make sure you do not need anything else because unless you get it right away you will never get it.
