Rhonda was a super sales lady.....she searched and searched and found exactly what I wanted! I had visited and called two other Mercedes dealerships nearby... and was unhappy with their efforts. Rhonda also patiently taught me all about the operation of the GLC300 which is very different from what I was used to. She?s the best!

Fingerprints blanketed the mirror repair and door used to enter and exit the vehicle. Wash was minimally effective and vacuum received no more than a... cursory gesture at a real cleaning. The vehicle was picked up when service provider called, but immediately returned as an additional service indicator light was on, so the vehicle required additional attention. This required leaving and returning another call time to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle's clock did not indicate the correct time (no reason why the battery would have been disconnected for a oil change and service??).
