This establishment is riddled with deception and incompetence. The pre owned vehicle department operates under the false pretenses of being a reputable... dealership, I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership, I understand the risk associated with buying a pre owned vehicle hence I opted to select a "reputable dealer" with the hope of having a reliable vehicle for my daily commute. However every single vehicle I have purchased has had a major mechanical defect within the first 24 hours of ownership. The sales associate claimed that each car passes a full inspection (obviously this is not the case). furthermore when confronted with the issues I was experiencing, the manager of this department; David Varner, illustrated that customer satisfaction means nothing at this Mercedes-Benz dealership. If you do decide to purchase a car from this dealer, expect to find an issue that needs stitches, but was covered with a band-aid at the time of your purchase. Trusting this dealer is a mistake.
Mr. Lurch, I regret to hear after buying three cars from us feeling now that we are an un-reputable dealer. We strive daily for happy customers in all... aspects of our store. The car you purchased went through a multi-point inspection and as part of that inspection all four tires were replaced. The brakes measured 4.1mm or greater on all four points and everything performed as required by Mercedes-Benz. The following day you brought it back in because of a ?slight? vibration at 85 mph. We re-balanced the tires on that visit. We also rode with you at a legal speed and left no vibration in your car. Rhonda was a super sales lady.....she searched and searched and found exactly what I wanted! I had visited and called two other Mercedes dealerships nearby... and was unhappy with their efforts. Rhonda also patiently taught me all about the operation of the GLC300 which is very different from what I was used to. She?s the best!

STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH TIRE ASSESSMENT. SOMETING WRONG WITH $350 PIRELLIS ALMOST IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT AT 20 K MILES!!! EITHER MERCEDES GOOFED INTALLING... THESE TIRES OR PIRELLI SCEWED UP. BEEN DRIVING TOO LONG NOT TO SEE THE QUALITY SHORTCOMING HERE!!
