Purchased new tires that were on sale buy three get one free. Tires installed with a great out the door price which included multi-point inspection and wash. Very friendly staff!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. And I needed new tires so they wasn’t rotated and I still paid $145 for an oil change that’s crazy to pay that much when I could buy it and do it my self. So if I would have got my tires rotated would it have been more. If not shouldn’t the price been cheaper. So if I’m going to pay 145 to get it done. When I can buy the oil and filter for $60. Give me a good reason to come back. Oil changers are cheaper at other places so why should I give u guys my business????

Our team strives to provide quality service that includes thorough inspections and expert care, which can sometimes reflect in the cost. That being said, we do have a bundle of 5 oil changes AND 5 tire rotations for around $350. I'm assuming you weren't offered that, so we'll be happy to credit what you've paid toward this promotion. Bought a RAV4 for my wife and placed a deposit for one

Bought a RAV4 for my wife and placed a deposit for one for me in same visit. Decided to wait for a hybrid but was told I would pay at least 5K over sticker. I politely refused and asked for my deposit back. Said it was not refundable. Wow what a way to build a relationship with a family. Lose 60K sale over a 1000 bucks. Unethical and stupid. Owner must no give a xxxx about his business.

People need to be wary of doing business with this

People need to be wary of doing business with this dealership. I am absolutely disgusted at the unethical & unprofessional behavior displayed at Roberts Toyota. For the amount we paid for our truck, I am livid. We were disrespected, taken advantage of, lied to, & laughed at. This dealership prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I regret supporting this dealership. I will seek service elsewhere & purchase future vehicles from a different Toyota. The management of Roberts Toyota needs to reevaluate their staff & practices. What a DISGRACEFUL representation of the Toyota Brand.

Bought new Tacoma from them online.

Bought new Tacoma from them online. Paid extra for heated seats and for delivery to Knoxville. When they delivered truck the heated seats were not wired and they took it back to dealer which added some 800 miles to truck before I ever got it. They offered no apology and no compensation for trouble. They rescheduled delivery for 18 days later but had to tow truck back to dealer because driver ran over something and destroyed rear tire. Replaced tire and delivered to me next day. Truck had chip in windshield, broken mud flap and big chunk out of tread in front tire. Roberts refused to address these issues. Took it to local dealer for inspection and submitted results to Toyota Corporate. Roberts sales manager then agreed to pay my local dealer to fix the issues. However, Cackie Roberts refused to replace the damaged tire! She was very mean and offered no apology for any of the issues. I am sorry I bought anything from this dealership and hope these comments help anyone else who is thinking of doing so.
