I spoke to someone on the phone about a vehicle I wanted and gave them all my info. They passed me off to another salesperson who called me and again asked for all my details and what I was looking for. He called me shortly after and said they couldn't make the deal work. No big deal. Four hours later the first person I spoke to called and said they figured out how to make the deal work and told me the details, we had a deal. I gave them my social, personal info, work info, etc. and told them I would head that way. 20 minutes later a 3rd salesperson called asking me for all the same info I gave the previous two. He said he would have to get with the sales manager to see if they could work out a deal. I immediately called the previous sales person who put me on hold. The sales manager picked up and basically said the 3 sales people I spoke to had no idea what they were talking about and that the actual cost of the car would be a lot more than the two different prices that two other sales people told me. Frustrated, I ended the conversation, called back and spoke to the general manager. He told me the previous four people didn't know what they were talking about and gave me a completely different payment. I asked for a call back from the owner but obviously I've received no response. I understand if they can't work out a deal but it was complete incompetence from everyone I spoke to. I highly recommend you stay away from this place!

I gave a rave review immediately after purchasing my car. However I'm updating the review to reflect lack of management and customer service skills. Our sales person was fantastic and worked hard to meet our needs! We bought a used 2012 Toyota Sienna and we love her van. The windshield has a small crack in it before we purchased and the dealership voluntarily replace the windshield. However the aftermarket windshield had ridiculous Distortion in it. It looked like I was driving underwater! Four windshields later and my windshield still has Distortion in it. I requested a Toyota windshield replaced in my Toyota van that I bought from a Toyota dealership. Sounds reasonable after having to deal with so many after market windshields! The dealership declined my request and refuses to answer any of my phone calls. I have been very kind to this entire process I have made myself available whenever the repairs could be done and been very appreciative every time they've had to come out to replace my windshield. I paid a lot for this man and I would like a quality windshield to be placed in it!
