My job is working with car dealerships, I have seen great all the way to bad. I came here as a customer. This place is honestly the worst I have ever experienced in my time! If there was one word that could be used to describe it would be GARBAGE Drove 3hrs to look at a Sprinter van, once I got there the owner who I had spoke to was to occupied with watching his tiny sign being hung up to give the attention on a potential buyer. Looking over the van I noticed that the there were issues which is to be expected for a preowned vehicle. The biggest problem was with the brakes, the pedal sank to the floor every time it was depressed. I mentioned this to the owner and received the response “it worked fine for me” which I then said I wouldn’t want to drive this 3 hrs down the road with the brakes in that condition. Response “it worked fine for me” I asked about recent repairs that owner claimed to have done, it was not a solid response and was told “I guess I could try to dig up the receipt “ Basically I’m sure there are a few that have made it out the door of this place being decent vehicles. Honestly I would not ever recommend anyone taking their valuable time to stop into this place. Low budget low recon low customer service. BEWARE!!!!

My buying experience was very positive. Juan was very helpful and there was zero pressure from him. The 2015 Honda CRV that we purchased was very clean and runs great. I will use them again for sure.

Owner was talking with me on phone and also someone in room with him at same time. Didn’t know if car had a hitch so was supposed to let me know by telephone but never called me back. Telephone conversation not very good.

You want no pressure sales? This auto dealer is great! They are honest and friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle through them. I also found out they do consignment of your old vehicle if needed.

Very easy buying experience. I really enjoyed working with Payton. She was very laid back no pressure no unexpected surprises with the truck. I was in and out in less than an hour.

They’re liberal with lending out the cars for test driving even without a chaperone… however they literally had the nerve to tell me if I had a perfect credit score of 800 that I would still need over $3,000 to get approved for the loan on a $8,000 car I wanted. That’s not only absurd it’s stupid. Anybody knows if they had a perfect 800 score that NO money down would be an available option. Apparently they assumed a lot a bout me that wasn’t accurate. Also had the nerve to say that credit karma does not tell you your accurate score. Credit karma makes everything up and pulls out they’re better than these guys is what they were trying to tell me but I wasn’t buying. Took business elsewhere.

Best deal we found spent a week looking at used cars. Platinum Autos Woodinville had the nicest selection and the best deals

Very displeased. Had discussions for a few days re purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX-9. We agreed on "out the door" price and scheduled to make the long journey (2.5-3 hrs) to visit the dealer, consummate the deal. Even got a cashiers check in the agreed upon amount. Hit bad traffic driving to the dealer and was delayed an hour, which I texted multiple times updating them with no reply. When we arrived, we were told they were negotiating with someone else on the car. Slimy! I would recommend no one do business with the company or the salesperson Mike.
