Great Consignment program

Platinum Autos sold our 2009 Bmw x5 for us. We Consigned our Bmw with them and they sold it within a week and half. No hassles dealing with process of selling a car. We highly recommend there service they offer. Thanks Brad W.

We Sold our Car to Platinum Autos

We Sold our Car to Platinum Autos in Bellevue fo $2,700 dollars more than the other three dealers offered us. We are moving and didn't want to Deal with the Hassel of selling to strangers ect.. Thanks Mary Weathers

Platinum has great service!

I spoke with Perry on the phone and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. He knew the history of the vehicle and was upfront and honest with all his answers. Perry promised that the Mercedes I bought was a really solid car in great shape and he is right. And it was a no-pressure sale. He made the financial portion of the deal easy, painless and quick. Great experience!

Greaat Dealership

I just recently purchased a 2000 Suzuki Grand Vitara (advertised on cars.com) from Robert, at Platinum Autos. The vehicle was everything Robert said it was . I couldn't have been happier with the deal I got on the vehicle and the professionalism and integrity of the Owner, Robert Swanson. He was really great to work with and I would recommend Robert and his Dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a "Quality Used Car." I bought a Subaru Legacy GT from there Oct '12 weeks ago....

I bought a Subaru Legacy GT from there Oct '12 weeks ago. The car was modified the way i wanted. They told me that the car was adult owned and it was never abused and that it had a new engine in warranty. Most of this was a lie. The owner Robert told me i couldn't drive the car unless i put a non refundable deposit on the car. And that he was busy and he will let me drive it when i came back with all the money. At this point i felt that i had to buy the car, i couldn't back out without loosing my money. I came back with the cash, drove the car and took it home. Later i realized that this car was tracked for most of it's life and everything is falling apart. 2 days later the car started stalling on me on the freeway. I took it to the shop where Robert claimed the engine was in warranty and they told me the only the parts that were replaced are in warranty and nothing else. I paid 300 dollars and i got the car back now it has other issues and it's going back to the shop. In 2 weeks of ownership i got to drive the car 3 days, the rest it sat at the shop. The dealer failed to disclose the issues the car had with the headlights and fog lights which makes the car a hazard on the road. Also failed to disclose that the window film 5% on the car is also illegal in Washington state. These are just a few of the things that were wrong with this deal. I will never buy from him again, nor do i recommend anyone to go there and get screwed out of their money.

Please read the part about (MODIFIED) this was sold as a Highly Modified race vehicle that races around cones for best time. HE knew it was a Race vehicle and bought it as a race vehicle with NO warranty AS IS. We have the five documents that he signed verifying that race vehicle are NOT able to warrantied. And are of COURSE sold as is because of the nature of the Extreme abuse racing puts on the vehicle. Platinum will never take a race Subaru in trade ever again. Please let us forward the five documents that he signed that this car will used as a race vehicle and is AS IS. He called and asked if we would fix parts on the race car two weeks after purchase. I don't believe there is a dealer in the Country that will repair a race car one day or two weeks later.. Thanks Platinum Autos the Internet Division

The part about the MODIFIED was not the issue. I'm not blind. The part where you wouldn't let me test drive the car till you put a down payment on a car is not really legal and you only let me take it around the block. The car seemed fine. When you got on the freeway the hoses would blow off the turbo, the inter cooler was coming off.. Also i would love to see the documents where it was noted that the car was a HIGHLY MODIFIED RACE VEHICLE. Anyway continue running your shady business. Most people don't have a clue they are getting screwed so good luck. I have sold the Subaru Legacy GT via a trade in. In 3 weeks found a customer on Craigslist, walked with him in a dealership,where they took the car on a trade and filed for a lost title an sold it to my client the same day. They gave me trade credit for the sale. Yes I lost $2500 on this deal by I bought a brand NEW VOLKSWAGEN GOLF R from AUBURN VOLKSWAGEN and i couldn't be happier. They helped me out of a bind and I have had fantastic experience with everyone who works there. 3 years later i still go to AUBURN for the great service.

I am so happy I made the decision to sell my car on consignment through Platinum Auto! They were very professional, straight-forward, no hidden fees--it was a very easy process. They sold my car quickly and for the full dollar amount I was asking for. This was so much better than trying to sell it on Craigslist for so many reasons! They were able to get much more exposure for my car than I ever could, advertising it on a ton of websites and their lot is right in the heart of downtown Bellevue. Secondly, As a woman, I felt much safer letting Platinum Auto deal with potential buyers rather than doing it on my own through Craigslist, and with my busy work schedule, I didn't have the time anyway to meet up with people. And once the car was sold, they paid me what was owed quickly and with no hassle. Platinum Auto made the whole car selling process fast, easy and painless. If you're looking to sell your car, I give them a big two thumbs and I will definitely be calling them when I am looking to buy!

Great dealership, Very Helpful

We bought a 2011 Lexus and went to three different dealers and saved $3,000 at Platinum Autos in Bellevue and gave us more for our trade than the other dealers offered Thank we will be back again

Rude over the phone

Simply just very rude on the phone. I called to see if a car was in stock and it was like they were giving me attitude that I was even asking. The guy did not even say I'm sorry the car is no longer in stock. He just said "It got sold last night." like it was nothing. Disappointed after seeing all these good reviews about them. Thought they would be friendlier.
