Prompt service

They were prepared for my visit and were able to expedite the service to finish prior to Noon to get me back in my car.

Buy your car in under two hours

Mr. Haas took excellent care of us. We have purchased vehicles in many countries, and in the US there is often more paperwork and more shuffling around of the customer. I'm happy that Mr. Haas was able to complete our transaction without having to move us to managers, finance, etc.

Broken Axle

Dylan - service desk - got me an appointment after I broke down early evening, very good at getting me in and communicating what was happening with the vehicle. i appreciate the texting communication.

Great service experience

Simple and easy to handle on all fronts. Booking process was efficient and clear. Waiting area was comfortable, and even had very good coffee!

Great service experience

The staff is friendly and professional, the waiting area is clean and comfortable and the service experience is exceptional. I often bring my laptop and work while I am waiting for my car and they have the perfect set-up for this. There is a desk with 3 work stations and lots of plugs. For others, there are comfortable couches and chairs and snacks.

Excellent customer service

Natalie was extremely helpful in getting my car checked in for its appointment. I haven't owned the car for very long and she took the time to show me a few of its dash features/controls. She kept me apprised via text my car's progress and when it was close to being finished, went over with me the tech's findings AND they were able to replace worn brake pads that appointment in addition to doing some warranty work. Didn't have to schedule for a follow up appt!

Great Service

Dylan helped me get my car in for an urgent repair fast and earlier than I expected. Thanks to his help, I got my car in and out within 24 hours, and saved me from having to rent a car over the holidays while I needed one for a local road trip. Thank you Sandberg Volvo and Dylan!
