Car I was interested in was advertised in on line inventory as new, with zero miles. I had been searching for this model and done expensive price comparisons... in region. Although this dealership was not local to me, I was willing to drive a few hours for a good deal. Talked to internet sales manager numerous times, who confirmed it was a new vehicle, confirmed features, and incentives offered, and gave me out the door price quote in my range. I was happy with the deal promised. We made appointment to come in and complete paperwork and make purchase. He stated he would have to car ready to pick up. After a long drive, we got a call from the salesman we had been working with saying he was running late and asked us he explained everything to a co worker and he was going to help us get started and he would be there soon. New salesman was running around trying to find the car, And eventually pulled up in a car that was obviously dirty , and had a license plate. I asked if this was the new car advertised. He said it was..so I opened the door. The car was dirty inside as well. Even stale french fries on floor. Car smelled of cigarette smoke. Odometer read over 3k miles. I immediately said this car is dirty, and obviously used. Salesman insisted it was new, said it had been used as a loaner at the dealership, but was considered new since it had never been registered to an owner. I told him I was told the deal we negotiated was on a NEW car, and would not even consider the car until it was cleaned and detailed, and price reduction consideration given since it was not new as advertised. Salesman agreed to have vehicle detailed and work with manager on price consideration. I should have realized how unethical they were, but decided to come back in a few days to take another look at it and maybe get a better deal. Original sales guy never showed up. Ended up buying the car on return visit after they agreed to touch up paint on several scratches we noticed on vehicle once clean. Additional discount promised, actually was not a discount, but was the savings since the vehicle was already registered with plates, so it was that registration cost deducted off the out the door price quoted me. To top off the purchase shenanigans, the dealership then refused to do the scratch repairs promised after making an appointment that they changed several times as they said they had to send to outside shop for paint repairs. I cleared whole day schedule and drove another 2 hours only to be told they made a mistake and given a small can of touch up paint and told to fix them myself. They also refused to fix a windshield chip they also said they would take care of when I brought it back for paint....because it was not noted on paperwork. The sales manager and general manager have failed to call me back to discuss the issues. Shameful business practices. Don't buy a car from here or you will be sorry like I am.....

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! While my purchase experience was worthy of 5 stars, once you drive off their lot and they have your... money they stop caring about you as a customer. Immediately after purchasing my 2020 GMC Acadia at this dealership on July 23, 2020, the rear camera system stopped working. I brought the vehicle in for repairs and was told that they needed to order a new rear camera and they would call me when it came in. Upon arriving home that day, I noticed a dent on the rear tailgate just above the chrome strip adjacent to the rear camera area. The dent was NOT there when I purchased the vehicle and it was NOT there when I brought my vehicle in for service. Fast forward to today, August 24th, and I have not been contacted by the service department regarding the rear camera that they supposedly ordered and no one has followed-up with me regarding the dent that the service department put on my car!! Absolutely the WORST customer service I have seen from any dealership!!! I purchased a brand new car that I have had for only one week and it has a faulty camera system and now a dent!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! VERY UNRELIABLE!!!!!

Bought a vehicle brand new in December. Fast forward to early June and we are taking our 1st family road trip and are just now learning that the entertainment... package with the headphones and the remote controls was never given to us by our salesman I called them and spoke with a guy who says I have extras of those come on up here when can you get here I told him I could be there in 15 minutes I was heading out now he stayed on the phone she continued to ask me more questions and about half way to the dealership told me that They didn't have it. He put a supervisor on the phone and I shared with him the gentleman telling me to come up there that they had extras and he says no that's not true we don't have extras I don't know why he would tell you to come up here. While I was on the phone with the sales men he was continually cutting me off and interrupting me and not letting me finish a sentence which was aggravating me causing me to raise my voice as hes telling me to stop yelling. Anyways I've taken the vehicle in their 1st service on 2 occasions and told them that I had a coupon from them to use and both times they didn't apply the coupon and I had to ask them to apply the coupon. The 1st time I went in there 1st service I booked the appointment telling them that I'm having rough transmission is use with its shifting in that I'm hearing a squeaking noise and when I take it in there they told me sorry we only budgeted for enough time for an oil change. The 2nd service I wanted them to visit the vibrations and the squeaking and the trans mission shifting issues and was sure when I booked the appointment with them to tell them to make sure that they allotted enough time for it they promised to have me my truck back by 2:00 p.m.. At 5:00 p.m. I'm bugging them asking them where is my truck. Both times they told me they were unable to duplicate any of the issues no matter how many miles they put on it however when I get in the vehicle and start driving away I experience it right away.

We took our car in for a repair and were able to use an extended warranty we had purchased that had a deductible of 250 dollars. One week later we had... to take it back and were told there were a lot of new issues (that had occurred in the one week since taking in) and they wanted us to pay another deductible and for a part that was not covered under warranty. After negotiating a price we went to pick the car up and they tried to charge us more than we had been quoted. There was no attempt at figuring it out or discussing the issue. The request to speak with the general manager was denied, however, after things got escalated he eventually made an appearance and was very aggressive and hostile. We will never go back to this dealership and furthermore we will forever make sure we get everything in writing.
