Tyler was professional and was attentive to what I was asking for. He did not pressure me in anyway and made the process very comfortable and smooth. The manager Steven is very kind and made sure that I received the most for my trade and that I was able to get the lowest percentage for the financing of my vehicle. Charles, in finance made it easy to understand what I was signing for each document. Thank you for the awesome experience!!! I really like my Buick Envista. I will be keeping this for along time. Who wouldn't with a 200,000 mile or 20 year power train warranty. That is an awesome feature. My new car is great and rides very smooth. I will definitely tell people about GMC Buick in Folsom, CA for a great price, great car and great people to work with with no pressue. Those guys rock and deserve a raise.

Took my Buick for its scheduled oil change and rotate
Took my Buick for its scheduled oil change and rotate tires. It was done within an hour and a half. They took care of everything that needed to be done. We are satisfied with their service.

Unfortunate experience
Had an appointment at 930am for an oil change, tire rotation and a squeaky brake issue. I had to call twice right before closing to find out my truck was almost ready for pickup. When it was ready 1 hour before close, the tires had not been rotated, I had to ask about the braking issue, and was given non specific info about braking, the porter took took PA calls to bring the truck up, and when he did, he just exited and I had to ask him where my key fob was. He left the floor paper in the truck, and the exterior had not been washed as per usual. Lastly my tires where showing under inflated on the dash and in the app when I dropped off, and that also went unaddressed. I called the dealership and asked for someone to call me back for resolution and still have not gotten a response. Very poor experience.

I feel like they saw me coming
I purchased a 2018 Buick encore used with 53,000 miles on it 12 days ago and the check engine light came on already. I called and they told me they weren't going to help me they hope I had bought an extended warranty. 12 days that's all I got out of a $20,000 car. I haven't even made my first payment yet. Now what am I supposed to do I thought I was doing the right thing and was getting a good car from a good reputable dealer, but they are turning out to be nothing but a Rip off. I explained to them when I purchased the car that I couldn't afford to have any bills because I was putting all I could into buying the car itself. They promised me it was good and reliable and I wouldn't have any problems and I'm having nothing but problems now. Talk about taking advantage of a woman.

Never go to this place
I recently purchased a brand new 2022 gmc Denali, with cash. When I checked out the truck there was a big scratch and dents on the roof. From being unloaded I was told . It was very bad and needed to be completely taken apart and put new skins on . The dealership said that they would fix it, free of charge and give me a little price break . I agreed because I really wanted this truck in a specific color. I was also told that when the truck was finished and it wasn’t perfect that I could get my money back . The sales man jay said” it’s goin to be back to factory finish and look brand new “ . It’s far from that . I was originally told the truck roof would take 2-3 weeks to fix but it took almost 8 weeks. I had to call multiple times during these weeks and was given the run around; something felt off. The truck was delivered to me and upon inspection I noticed that the roof scratches and there was a huge run in the paint . Not to mention it was orange peel paint and not smooth like the rest of the truck . the siding and molding is loose, the trim pieces on the roof and door like an glued together all over and it’s already coming apart . there are multiple clear coat marks all over the vehicle, the vehicle was not given a deep clean before delivery to me, there were scratches on the truck, the black molding around the front windshield was not bolted down, there were some mishaps with the tailgate, and to finish it off I have a feeling the roof will leak due to the poor repair job. When I took for a first test drive at home it sounds like I’m driving airplane the leak is that bad . The person who delivered my truck acknowledged all of this and said he would report to his supervisor. I took pictures of everything and called the dealership the following day to follow up and was given no info. The supervisor was rude and did not take accountability for anything on the truck. I requested to speak to the owner and have not heard anything. Upon further investigation, reading other reviews, it seems that poor business and customer service is the standard for this dealership. It’s very unfortunate because I was willing to work with them in the beginning but they did not take any ownership of the wrong doings. I’ve tried for a few weeks to communicate and get the best results since I spent almost $103k, cash, on my dream truck but have been unable to come to an agreement with them. They finally told me that I could take my truck to a body shop to get fixed. Mind you, none of these problems were caused by myself but caused by the dealership. I do not recommend working with this dealership because they practice poor business and customer service, so not stand behind their work, and lack communication. Look elsewhere when buying a new truck because this dealership is not worth the hassle.I hope this helps the next customer.
