Ruined Rotors

Had Forrester serviced several times, and they said brakes were good. Just found out that all brakes are bad. Rear brakes entirely gone, and rotors have to be replaced because of metal on metal grinding. Good brakes wouldn't have been that worn if a mechanic had actually checked the brakes.

Mr Roger Lovern

Everyone involved were great, gave me information about what service involved, how much time would be required. Had shuttle service for and Paul was very courteous And friendly.

Motor Mile Kia

Purchased a new to us car from Motor Mile Kia. A few days later noticed the door was rubbing inside the fender and had exposed the metal. Repair was handled quickly and completely and was covered under warrantee. Stacey was the service advisor and was very professional and courteous.

Over the phone purchase

I bought a used Ford Ranger from 3,000 miles away, over the phone. The description was very accurate and I paid the full asking price. I found everyone to be helpful and professional.

Subaru purchase

We worked with Tyler Clontz at Subaru- he was great and very patient with us, and helped locate a manual transmission at another dealership. He went above and beyond to come in on his day off, and spent many hours with us on test drives and going over all of the information. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Excellent service - really appreciate Chris! He met me at my car when i pulled into the service area. He was very good at explaining what all was done today and what would be done on my next visit!

Inspection

Thanks to the folks at Shelor Motor Mile Subaru Service Department for squeezing me in on a very busy Friday 9-30-16 evening at an hour before closing, They are always accommodating and consistently deliver superior service. Service Advisor was very helpful in expediting vehicle through inspection process.

Service and oil change

Service was good and a ride to work always helps. I do not want to leave a fifty work review for an oil change and service this is a ridiculous requirement for and should be changed. I will not give a review again.
