Shelor Motor Mile

This is the second time that I have financed a car at Shelor Motor Mile. 9 years ago a i bought a 2000 Mazda Protege and the experience was fabulous. Joey is excellent. He hung in there with me and didn't try to rush me nor push the car down my throat even after I was going to check out another 2008 Sonata with less mileage. I am very satisfied and YOU all should do everything possible to keep him on board. He is that pleasant and I see him being a manager one day.

In 05 we bought our firebird from shelor and had awesome service so when we desided to buy another vehicle we went straight to shelors web site and started looking . The vehicle we where very interested in was a newly traded in 4runner and had no pictures listed so I email internet sales and Bowie Clift called me back right away. After a day the pictures where still not up on web site, so they text me pictures of the vehicle. AWESOME!!! Meghan Drummond was our Salesperson and I can not speak any more highly about her. She went above an beyond to help put us in our new Vehicle. Got us a Awesome APR and Payments right where we wanted them.. From the moment i walked in the door and from the time I left, Icould have never been treated better.Tyler went above and beyond what I expected and made the whole process very easy,this was not easy to do because the dealership was very busy the day I visited. Tyler never wiavered and rose to every chance he had to be the most efficent and friendly salesperson ever.Shelor should be very proud to have him working there. thanks again Tyler!!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! My husband and I had been looking for a smaller more fuel efficient vehicle for over 3 weeks, We were having no luck!! Most dealerships we visited didn't even seem interested in selling us a car once we told them the amount of mileage we were looking for and our price range. I was starting to think I wouldnt be getting a newer car anytime soon afterall, Luckily a friend of mine told me her daughter had bought a car from Shelor Motor Mile several years ago and that they were very good with financing for her and their prices were very reasonable! So my husband and I decided to give it a try! I inquired on their website on Friday night, and first thing Saturday morning I received a call from Erik at Shelor, He answered every single question I had about their vehicles and their financing program, we talked about my credit options and my payment options, I was definetly well informed! And for the first time since we had started car shopping I was told, "I believe we can help you get the car you want!" I was so excited, I couldnt believe I was actually one step closer to parking my gas guzzling V8! Erik then set an appointment up for my husband and I at the dealership on that very day! Erik informed me he wouldnt be in the dealership that day to meet us, But we would be well taken care of! He even gave me his cell number so we could call him from the dealership if we needed anything or had any questions about the person helping us! We drove 70 miles to Shelor later that day and were greeted at the door by Brandon Mitchell, He introduced himself and I told him my name and that I had spoken with Erik on the phone earlier that morning, Brandon immediatly invited us to sit in his office and he called Erik to get the details of our conversation, This really impressed my husband and I both! We liked the fact that Brandon wanted us all to be on the same page about what we were shopping for and what our expectations were! We could not have had a better salesman than Brandon! He went above and beyond to make our shopping experience perfect! He was also very patient with me when I had alot of questions about the different cars we were test-driving, He made it very clear he wanted us to find our perfect car, He wanted us to buy exactly what we WANTED, right down to the color! And he didnt even blink an eye when I settled on the very first car he showed me! Just goes to show, He knew exactly which car was made especially for me right from the very beginnig! And the best part was Brandon put us in a car much much nicer and much much newer than I ever dreamed!! And Brandon still kept us in our price range! We were looking for fuel effieciency and LOW mileage, and with Brandon and Shelor Motor Mile we definetly got it!! We will definetly be back and we will tell everyone we know to GO SEE BRANDON AT SHELOR!!! You will NOT regret it!! Best buying experience EVER!! I wasn't sure to expect when I went in for my appt. with Grace Sarver. I just wanted to discuss upgrading my previous purchase. Grace was very professional and explained that I'd be leaving with a different car. I was excited and nervous at the same time. Grace hooked me up with Ryan Potter. We went to his office asked questions regarding what I may be interested in, and worked very hard to fit me with a car. Throughout Ryan was patient, personable and professional. I didn't feel pressure in that I HAD to purchase a car. 5 hours later I was driving home in my new used car. Everyone one at Shelor from Grace, Ryan and Robert Decenzo is business office were spectacular. I'm very pleased with everything and happy with my new car.

Considering other dealerships said they could not get it done and their moddo is do the deal. This dealership and josh got the job done. Just as they have in the past. I have purchased several cars from them and will continue and others know of my experience. Thank you.

I was very pleased with my transaction with the dealership and Mr. Spencer was wonderful. I arrived at 5 pm and was there with the final paperwork and driving out with my vehicle by 9:30 pm. Will definitely shop at Shelor again. :)

Allen and I came in to Shelor Motor Mile in the hopes of buying a used automobile, and with the help of Mike Tozzolo ,we not only drove away with a car, but we drove away with a brand new car right off the showroom floor. Mike went above and beyond to help us in any way he could to get the financing we needed.....We greatly appreciated his help and would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a car, new or used.
