Found help when I really needed it.

Shannon is a great salesman, not pushy and goes above and beyond to help. I'm not the easiest person to deal with and he had lots of patience. I highly recommend going to see him at shelor motormile.

Simple and quick!

Charles miller

I have bought two vehicles from Charles, he is very professional and knows the vehicles he sells. I purchased a 2012 mustang gt and a 2014 fx4 f150 and he knew both vehicles inside and out. Highly recommend him or Ben Vance.

Sub Standard Repasir results in blown motor

Shelor did not do a proper job on a repair done 8/1 and my award winning show car has a blown engine thanks to them. They did NOT remove all metal from my engine from a repair they did and the engine blew up. I was accused in 8/9/18 for putting metal into my engine to cause the engine failure. Had to get a lawyer because the dealership isn't doing the right thing. Once I stated that Shelor was not going to do any further "repair" on 9/12/18 Rocky said essentially he was going to settle with me but decided he won’t do anything due to my attitude and due to the fact that they have no legal or moral obligation to me.

Superior Service

Purchased car new in California in 1999, vehicle has had nothing but Toyota dealership service since. Retired military,having been stationed in other states, I have found that the quality of Toyota dealership service is pretty much consistent..

Service department

I would like to say thanks to Brian Lawless for the great service always and for being helpful and friendly and always answers my questions. We go there very often for service with both of our vehicles. We have always been very happy with Shelor Motor Mile service. Brian also will get us a ride from there shuttle service if we have to stay very long. This is a very great service to offer customers and thanks to those shuttle drivers.
