My first time coming in for service on my 2018 CRV. I was greeted by Scott almost instantly! He assisted me out of my car, I explained what I needed and... he made me comfortable in the waiting area. Snacks, water and coffee... He was patient with me and explained everything until I was satisfied with the knowledge I had. He explained and showed me on paper every detail of what was done. Jessica, at reception, was pleasant and kind as well. She has a bright Spirit and a Beautiful smile. Thanks for the Free Car Wash!!!! (I did not work with Greg Fine. John was professional and friendly and warm. Provided all the information we needed to make a sound decision. He was not pushy. The financing process... is always tedious no matter what. This was easier than most times and we knew exactly where every dollar came from on the monthly payment. Good experience and great support afterwards as well.

My experience with the whole staff was perfect from the moment I called to make an appointment to the introduction of Jesse my salesman, along with Manny... the manager and John the finance man! Alianna was my first point of contact (on the phone) and up until I finished my visit by 'signing the deal' I was completely happy and satisfied with everything!!! Thank you ALL for making me feel welcomed with NO pressure and for carrying out my requests for what I wanted and could afford!!!!! A+ experience on all levels!!!! I love my new Honda Civic Coupe!!!!

I have a 2018 Honda Accord with 25K miles. The warning lights have been on for several days on 2 different occasions. The technicians couldn’t figure... out why at first and then they told me I got bad gas.... and recommend chevron. Yet, I was never told to only use chevron gas. This is ridiculous. I should’ve kept my Ford. I won’t get another Honda. This review is about my experience with the service department only. Not sales, but I now don’t like the car brand at all. My wife has a Toyota and we have never ever had any issues.
BUYER BEWARE. Briefly communicated with sales rep Eric and he was good with no issues. It was once I asked for the out the door price and got sent to the... general manager Ondra that things went south immediately. They advertised a Honda certified pre-owned Accord Touring for $21,999 and I was told the out the door price would be $26,400. I immediately inquired if this was the proper price as taxes on $21,999 would be $1,374 leaving around $3,026 in undisclosed fees. Ondra avoided my direct question about how the dealership was attempting to add those fees and asked me how much I "wanted to pay". I was eventually sent to the sales manager Freddie who tried to hide behind a disclaimer as the reason for the $3,026 discrepancy. Freddie eventually broke down the dealership charges which was a sales price of $21,999 for the advertised Honda certified pre-owned vehicle, IN ADDITION to a $999 "certification" fee (American Honda prohibits dealerships from selling the warranty separately by the way), a $1,499 "dealer prep" fee (American Honda's “Certified Pre-Owned” designation indicates the dealership already has reconditioned any component that does not meet the manufacturer’s standards”), and of course tax/title/license The management at this dealership is hoping that you are not aware of their deceptive and prohibited practices that should be reported to both American Honda and the FTC. This dealership should google "FTC vs Bronx Honda" as they were just fined 1.5 million months ago for using the same deceptive practices of listing a price online that they have no intention of honoring, charging a separate certification fee, and charging bogus dealer prep fees. This dealership is in violation of Section 5(a) of the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45(a) for false or misleading advertisements and constitutes deceptive acts or practices.
Fast .. friendly... quality care! I made one phone call..i was immediately invited in for care and updated on recalls for my vehicle.. i am very satisfied... with rusty walks thus far.. love my pilot elite!!!
They do NOT follow thru with what is discussed rushed thru what is was I needed and left my brand new vehicle dirty after doing a rear tint job correction.... I would recommend Vandergriff Honda or any others than Rusty Wallis
