Shopping for new Jeep Wrangler

Bought a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler on a Sunday. Loved being able to go in on a Sunday. Sales Rep was very knowledgeable, helpful and not too pushy. Finance was super easy. Even received a call back on Monday morning when the banks opened for a better rate. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great experience

Was hesitant to bring the Hellcat here based on bad reviews and horrible past experiences from friends. I decided to give them a chance mainly because of convenience and close proximity to my house. My experience was fine. Was greeted when I arrived almost immediately and we discussed what I needed and what was recommended based on car mileage. I didn’t have any issues, work was completed in a timely manner and everything worked out for me. They even gave me a veteran discount, which is always appreciated.

Jeep not starting

They got me in without an appointment. Diagnosed the problem and fixed all in one day and on a Saturday! Michael my advisor was awesome. Overall Great job!!

Work on 1500 great, communication poor as always

The work performed was solid. Communication of work poor, but is consistent with every time I have gone there for service. 8:30 appointment and first contact at 3 in the afternoon for estimates so obviously 2 days now. Told it would be ready at noon. I finally text at 3:30 and they just finished. Right. Then when I pick it up, I pay and then wait and wait and wait. 20 minutes later I walk out and my truck is running? Is it ok to take home? Not sure. I walk back in and ask if it is ok to leave as my truck is out there running. The answer was yes if it’s out there you can leave. I ask if any one was going to communicate that to me and the answer was she did not think she had to. Nice way to treat a customer that just gave them $1,218 of business.

5 stars for Stateline

Very pleased with our overall experience. Even through the trials of corona virus around us they had staff members cleaning consistently, gave plenty of space and allowed for us to browse for our vehicle and ask for assistance when we were ready. We tear drove without any issues and are thankful for that ability as it helped solidify our choice.

Oil change

Adequate care taken for COVID-19 - point of contact did not wear mask - waiting area cleaned and disinfected regularly- cashier well protected - I especially appreciated the telephone person cross referencing my phone number with recall notices and setting up my next visit by ordering the part.

Just out of warranty

Just after the end of my manufacturers bumper to bumper warranty my van Chrysler Pacifica started having trouble starting and the rear entertainment system stopped working. I contacted the dealer and was able to work out a very agreeable arrangement by paying a much smaller amount than the actual repair would’ve cost. They were eager to be helpful with getting assistance from Chrysler to lower the cost of the repair even though it was out of warranty. Will definitely shop here again.
