The process was pretty straightforward. Our salesman Chance was very professional. Not much negotiating but he explained that Stateline prices their vehicles toward the low end of the price range and after researching it that was definitely true. They also gave us a generous value on our trade-in. We wound up purchasing a 2-yr old Grand Cherokee Altitude with low miles. We drove off with a beautiful vehicle not feeling like we got a great deal but a fair one. The financial guy did the usual sales pitch for the overpriced extended warranties but he wasn’t a complete nag like some are. My only complaint is the dealership “forces” you to take a $500 warranty. Where we’re from originally, it’s referred to as dealer prep. Here they basically guarantee their dealer prep but because they push this warranty on a treatment that “was already applied” on the vehicle we got a bad taste in our mouths. Be prepared... they will tell you “you have to take it it’s already been applied to the vehicle.” If not for the warranty issue I would’ve given 5 stars.
