Update!

Update! My issue was resolved! Thank you to Mr. Santos! Very helpful and honest person met all my requirements. We traded my PROX for a Pro4x! My wife and I are very happy and excited for our future trips. Thanks to the whole crew that made it happen! If you need a good deal this is the place to go to!

Wow, we all know dealerships are the most respectable of

Wow, we all know dealerships are the most respectable of places but this joint is seriously disgusting. They sent me a range for my trade then on the quote lessened it by almost $10K. Just awful people. Please do not give them your time or business.

We had an appointment but sat there waiting for the sales

We had an appointment but sat there waiting for the sales person to get free, why make an appointment in the first place? Once we agree to a car and a price, we asked for details of the $2,488 dealer service charge to be supplied the next day when returning to sign the financing paperwork. Surprise, surprise another 2 hour wait. What a clown show, even after reaching out to the General Manager, our requests still NOT complete.

Went on website and picked the car I wanted.

Went on website and picked the car I wanted. Inquired on availability and Sharon reached out to me about the vehicle. We confirmed the information on the one I wanted. She told me what the asking price is. I agreed to the price. Told her I was financing through Capital One and gave her that reference information. Told her I would be putting $1,000 down. And that I would be in on Saturday to sign paperwork and pickup the vehicle. She said everything would be ready. Got there first thing Saturday and no paperwork had been started and car was not available. Sharon had done nothing. Never got presented to sales manager. They tried to sell me something else and would TRY to get to the agreed price. What a SCAM! I walked out.

Salesman told me one price for my car and we agreed on a

Salesman told me one price for my car and we agreed on a trade in value for my car. once I got to the finance dept the price for the car I was buying went up $10,000 and my trade in value was $500 less. I was told a maintenance package was “included”. turns out that was an extra $1,400. I was also told I could go to any Nissan dealer for free oil change with this package- another lie Thefree oil change is only at this location

They do not pay attention to details. Sell cars with hidden defects. Make you sign a as is no guarantee form to cover.

Frontier.

Frontier... been negotiating for approximately 2 weeks. Went too pull the trigger today and the original out the door price negotiated went up over $2,000.00. I've been dealing with Ivan who has been a pleasure... it was the dealership manager that changed the original deal... said my trucks value dropped that musch in two weeks. That's a bunch of xx... checked my trucks value on KBB and it hasn't declined at all. I'm done wth this dealership & will be visiting other local Nissan dealerships. Obviously the management at Melbourne Nissan has no honor or integrity.

Service manager uninterested in new bussinesstracy

Transfer cust. From west coast treated like my business did not matter. Had dealer service contract, would not honor contract. Charged 85.00 for oil change. Service writer was dismissive. no help or advice or offer of any kind. First & last time at that dealer
