James and Lou were the best at helping me out with my semi emergency car needs! I was stressed and worried about the fact that I was a single woman shopping alone at a dealership but they were so helpful, kind and I never felt pressured. I wasn't sure I wanted to sign same day but they just made it so easy and effortless, I couldn't not!

Sales people were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Sales people were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. However, two different cars I test drove had bizarrely high tire pressure and should not have been considered safe to drive until that was adjusted properly. Then, the sales manager made me a hugely high offer for my trade-in but combined it with an even more inflated sales price. Like I wouldn't notice! Not a place I was comfortable starting negotiations from. Bought from a different dealer.

I had a very good experience with colonial Hyundai, my salesperson was Tammy and she took very good care of me and my family. She was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased because she had a similar one so we learned a great deal about all the features of the car. In the end we were very happy with our new car.

I went to 3 different hyndai and gennisis dealerships,

I went to 3 different hyndai and gennisis dealerships, all of which I was not 100% sure with. When I arrived at colonial hyndai Mohammed gave me a warm welcome and already had multiple cars in mind that could satisfy my budget and meet my needs. He made sure that I took all of them through a test drive! Hands down one of the most personable and friendly dealers I had ever worked with. He always had my best interest in mind!

Terrible !

Terrible !!! Had a very nice sales person but when going on the deal with the finance it was very slippery. Buyer beware run.

They reached out to me about the vehicle I was interested

They reached out to me about the vehicle I was interested in. The next day, I was emailed by the online sales manager as well as a salesman. I wrote to both of them and told them I was going to come in that day to look at the vehicle because I was very interested. I test drove a different vehicle that morning, and then I was headed to Colonial Hyundai after. This dealership was about an hour and fifteen minutes away from me. I never heard back until I was almost thirty five minutes away and I get told that the Mini was sold the day before. Yet they had other vehicles on the lot that I could look at. I was coming to see the Mini. Not a Hyundai! I was very upset, I wasted gas to come down to look at something that wasn’t on the lot. After I’m told by the online sales guy that it sold, this other salesman gets in touch with me and asks me what information I needed on the Mini. Then a few days later someone else emailed me about it. Colonial Hyundai had some poor reviews before I considered the vehicle they had but I will never recommend anyone going there because they clearly have very poor communication skills. Very careless that I drove almost have the time to get there, to be told it’s no longer for sale. I should have been told this before and then they continued to bother me about looking at the Mini when it’s no longer there. I took my business elsewhere and I’m very glad that I did!

Sale department couldn’t figure out if the car I asked

Sale department couldn’t figure out if the car I asked about was in stock. Was told it was sold, then available again. Traded several emails, then no additional contact when I requested an out the door price. Didn’t want to waste a day of driving over 3 hours each way to get bait and switched.

This dealership sold us the exact same car twice because

This dealership sold us the exact same car twice because they couldn't fix the first one! But, the new car they sold us had the SAME problem as the first! This dealership has got to be the worst on the planet. They only seem to care about selling cars and ....selling more cars! Find another dealership!
