Great experience!!

Great Experience!! Everyone in sales was GREAT, esp. Eli & Cortez, & Buck in finance was great also. This place was VERY friendly & low key & actually made spending this kind of money fun!!! We'll definitely be back for all things Toyota!!

oil change

i took my 2020 rav4 for a oil change on 8-1-2022 the next morning i checked the oil which was a dark brown i new then the oil had not been changed. on 8-3-2022 i went back to danville toyota the service manager said that if my service ticket showed the oil had been changed then was changed. new oil is clear this was not so i took the car somewhere else to get the oil changed. They did not reset the maintenance required either. I never got a survey from the dealer either. I dont know if i will go back there again

Friendliness of staff, quick and efficient service. I always tell them as long as these factors are present, my next car will be a toyota.

2018 Toyota Camry, Hybrid

Employees were willing to listen to any concerns that we had and did everything they could to make the purchase a pleasant experience. Amber was very attentive and patient helping to set up the online accounts. Nick was very professional, thorough, and efficient in transferring the title, tags, etc.

Great service, clean facilities and friendly staff

I liked the fact that Amanda in the Service Dept. was friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. She explained in detail exactly what would be serviced on my car.

Great clean

The play room. My grandson had me sitting in the floor playing with him. We worked a puzzle. I had a great tim.
