I brought my 2014 Kia Forte to Cole's while travelling from Ontario Canada to Orlando Florida. I had had my vehicle serviced in Brantford Ontario the day before I left and developed "grinding and banging noises" on the drivers front side. I found Coles via I-Phone and when I arrived out of the blue they took amazing care of me. Turns out the brake caliber bolts were loose and 1 was missing. Long story short, Jerry and Chris would not let me leave until they were satisfied I was safe and the vehicle fit to drive. We are dealing with the Kia dealershp in Canada regarding this issue, but for Cole's in Bluefield they are the best. I am so fortunate to have found them and have the problem fixed. Thank you Cole's Kia.

My experience was really wonderful. I first met Manager Brandon Goings who was very very helpful and kind to me. He referred me to Sales Consultant Tyler Yates, and the both of them worked together to come up with a wonderful buying plan for me. I then met with Business Manager Brian Allen who took expert care of me. All of these Cole Chevy employees made me feel like I was very important and almost like family. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience there at Cole Honda. I was very nervous at first having to deal with all of these people but they made me feel right at home.
