I spent 3 days texting back and forth with the internet

I spent 3 days texting back and forth with the internet sales manager, Josh Creed and arrived a price he agreed to in the middle of what their asking was and what NADA had as fair market value. They were going to come down $1000. It was important to know what I'd be paying as I was driving from a state away for this car. We texted prior to me going up to purchase on a Saturday and all was good...we got there and after disappearing behind the dealership for 15 minutes came back and said, "Sorry, someone sold that car this morning." Flat out lie. It is now 4 days later and the car is still online for sale and a co-worker just called to verify - LIARS. They just didn't want to honor the deal the Internet Sales Manager made with me. Pure trash. They won't be honest with you...don't give them the opportunity to lie to you. If they try to respond disputing this...sorry...I have the entire text thread.

Absolutely the very worse service ever received.

Absolutely the very worse service ever received. Bought new Chevy truck on 1/26/2024 was told that it had damage to the bumper, front grill, and tow hooks. That as soon as parts came in they were to be painted and put on my truck. Prior to leaving they received the parts in. Ask that I bring the truck back on Monday to get the parts put on. It would be a one day thing. I also told them that there were major issues with the trucks radio and the steering column. They said it was an update to software issue and that it would be resolved as well at the same time. I get a call on 1/29/2024 stating that my truck was not ready that the technician took apart the truck prior to seeing if the parts were correct. They in fact were not but they didn't want to take the time to put my truck together. Asked if I would and that I would be heavily compensated for their mistake. I sent my husband to speak with service on 1/30/2024 to let them know that I would let the truck stay provided they fixed everything, gave the extended warranty at no cost and ceramic coated the truck at no cost since they wanted to hang onto my brand new $72,000 truck for another week. I call on 2/5/2024 at lunch seeing how I never heard a thing from them the entire week. I asked if my truck was completed. They said it hadn't been and they need a couple more days. I asked if the radio was fixed with steering column. To which Chris Ganoe said it was complete. (It's still broken) I asked if the warranty had been extended and if the ceramic coating was completed to which Chris told me it was not. I told him I am not waiting they can put my truck together and I will be down. He said that nothing was done. I said not my problem. I went down to find out it wasn't Chris Ganoe that my husband talked to but the heavy younger guy that sits next to Chris Ganoe in the service department but Chris knew about the agreement. I spoke with the service manager Nathan who had no resolution for me. He stated that they do not do ceramic coating even though it was agreed to. I then spoke with Jonathon Sheets who is the general manager who was worthless when coming to help. Didn't matter that he allowed this truck to be sold when it was not ready but he is not helpful that a representative from Ramey agreed to the extended warranty, ceramic coating, and having everything repaired on this brand new truck that his technicians screwed up. The truck should have never been in pieces until the proper part had arrived and been check to ensure it was proper part. The issue with radio and steering column should have been fixed with the truck sitting in pieces for a week. Instead of making it right at all making me obviously upset because this is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from that dealership group in less than 2 years. We had never had trouble till this purchase and the service side of the house along with the general manager all needs to be redone. Jonathon Sheets has zero business being a manager. Also it's funny because they say the ceramic coating they don't do but have someone come in to do it. Then why did their dealership charge me on a car I had done for ceramic coating that they sold me if it isn't available? The service guy I wish I had his name but the big liar that sits next to Chris Ganoe even said that he would have the guy come in coat the truck one day and then have him come back when bumper etc all came in from GM. Now I have no extended warranty, no fixed radio, no fixed steering column, no ceramic coating and parts on the truck for the bumper. It was like pulling teeth to get them to release my truck they put in pieces back. Yet threatened to call the police because they didn't do as they said which was the coating, warranty, radio, steering column or get me my vehicle I bought back in one as promised. Jonathon Sheets, the service guy in the middle, Nathan, and Chris Ganoe should all be fired for lying to customers about brand new purchase.

Green Lantern

First of all thank you for making the buying process easy. Also, we felt like we was treated more then fair on the price of our 2024 Trax RS. The other thing we really enjoyed was the fact our deal started at MSRP not an inflated bump price. Secondly, they shopped around and got us a very fair interest rate based on the market and our finance guy Joey Carter was awesome and really looked out for our investment with a 7 yr 120k mile bumper to bumper service contract. We bought our last car at Rameys and keep coming back not just because of the sales department but also the service department. Thank you for the time and patience we really like our new ride and enjoyed our experience.
