Customer Review

Travis Barker was very friendly and professional at the same time. He was informative and answered any and all questions we had. He made us feel like we mattered and not just another customer coming through the door. I was impressed with the friendliness of all the people working there. I believed that we were given straight answers and felt that they were honest. I would highly recommend Rameys to anyone. Thanks for the great experience!

Oil Change and Service

The service manager at the facility and the secretary was very helpful . I believe the mechanic did not do a thorough inspection.I noticed the air filter was not checked.do to dirt and debris inside the compartment. I checked it myself. also noticed the air pressure in the tires was not all even pressure.

Great Truck Buying Experience

Eddie and Krystle went out of their way to make my truck purchase smooth. I live over 200 miles away and once the deal was made they delivered the truck to my door. They know how to take care of a customer.

Worst salesman

Drove over 2 hours each way to look at a truck that had "plenty" of room for negotiation, sales manager would only come off a little. Walked outta that place. Sales guy didn't even know engine size of truck I was looking at!

2005 Honda Odyssey experience

I purchased the 2005 Odyssey from out of state, over 4hrs. drive. The experience was quick and seamless. No pushy or pressure sales. I recommend working with Michaela Donchatz, internet sales. She was very professional as we communicated over text/email/phone. Michaela was very responsive and great follow-ups through out the process. Phil Quattrone did the sales, very nice guy and professional. He got me out the door within an hour as we got a long drive home. I would recommend Ramey Automotive Group for your a quality car purchase. Without hesitation, I would buy from Ramey again. Thank you Michaela and Phil.

RUN!!!

Worse car buying experience ever!!!! Finance Manager messed up contract, had to resign a month later. Credit report was hit over 15 times over the course of 2 months. Have had the car 3 months and still no tags. Decided to return for some crazy reason for a scheduled oil change. Waited an hour and twenty minutes to be told they were overbooked and it would at least be another 30 minutes and that is with an appointment. Run!!!! I purchased cars here in the past, it is not the same Ramey. Learn from my mistake!!!

Buying a new car

Usually buying a car is frustrating and you wind up walking out. But at this dealership, and It's the first time buying from this dealership, the salesman (William McGuire) was so helpful and actually had the patience with us especially with me since I'm a short woman. I have to have a car where I can reach the pedals. So I tried many cars, even those not Chevrolet, I have to thank William for being so knowledgeable and doing everything he could to make us comfortable.
