As far as a salesperson Shane Hyman helped me find what I needed that part was under control. When we got into other things is where it went wrong poor explanation of things by management and it seems as if the are worried more about the business itself Twin pine Ford and cutting corners to keep cost low and affordable so they don't loose out than keeping the things fair for the customer. I made a bad decision and bad choice I have to live with it now.
