We have a business and buy 5-7 vehicles per year.

We have a business and buy 5-7 vehicles per year. Stopped in and asked if they require arbitration agreement to buy a car and was told no. Made a trip back the next day to buy, explained to 3 employees, all assured us that it was only required for extended warranty. Im a veteran and do not believe we should give our rights up. After the second trip and a couple of hours, it was the first paper they put in front of us. I don't appreciate being LIED to and wasting my time. WE WALKED OUT AND NEVER PLAN TO GO BACK. Went to another dealership, bought one vehicle and plan to go back in a couple of days for another they are having transferred in for us.

This is my fourth car.

This is my fourth car. I’ve purchased from Joe Holland my salesman. Rich Kingsley is second to none. The service department are honest, very knowledgeable and friendly people. One of the most important things is how you’re treated after the sale and without an exception I have been treated just as good after the sale then before the sale. Michael Banner, the lead tech in the service department is honest and very knowledgeable of his job. In fact all the salesman and every employee and every part of Joe Holland our second to none!! I highly recommend are give them a try then you will be able to experience buy a car knowing you’re going to be dealt with fair and honest from people with integrity

Service review

I was very disappointed that this was the THIRD time I returned my car for service for the same reason. As I mentioned in an earlier review, I didn't feel my concerns were taken seriously since I was a female. This third time, I felt more seen and my concerns were not brushed off. As of now, my car appears to be working okay,, although this has made me weary about trusting that the same problem will not happen again.
