Great Sales Manager, no hassle, no pressure
This is my 3rd time visiting Lester Raines Honda. I visited their service department twice a few years back for my 01 Honda Accord which had some minor recalls that needed addressed. They were super nice and made sure that myself and my then 2 year old son were comfortable while waiting (even brought him a happy meal because we were there during lunch time) . After putting 301k in miles on my Honda Accord I decided it was time for a new car. I visited Lester Raines Honda and met with sales manager Kurt Morganroth. He was very helpful, there was no pressure to buy, he asked what I was looking for and pointed me towards things that may be of interest to me. Even assisted me in finding a color that I would like. I left Lester Raines with a Brand New 2014 Honda CRV EX-L and could not be happier. Kurt worked with me to get my payments within my range and even assisted with finding the best option for financing. I will definetaly refer others to Lester Raines Honda and will absolutely refer others to Kurt Morganroth. He even made sure that I understood how to use all of the new and updated technology features before I left and even synced my phone to the bluetooth before I left.

Leased my second Honda Accord
This is my sixth Honda from Raines in the last five years (family included). Obviously, I'm happy with both the manufacturer and the dealership. The Accord V6 is an outstanding car and a real bargain when leased. My wife is on her second CR-V, which is great for trips to the store and transporting large items (including to and from college), but not as comfortable as the Accord on long drives. The service department has never failed to meet our needs; both timely and considerate. Most of the folks (sales & service) seem like they have been there a long time, as I see many familiar faces when I stop in. The show room features exotic birds and fish tanks, too. Really nice. I highly recommend this dealer and the staff.

Purchased my second Honda Accord
I purchased my first Accord, which now has 204,000 miles on it in 2001 from Bobby Brown. I purchased my second Accord and he was able to get me just what I wanted.

Good buying experience
Bought a Civic at Lester Raines in 2001 and at 285,000 miles, its still going. My wife wanted a good quality small AWD and the CR-V fit the bill. Liked it better than all the others we tested. Joe Pauley was great to work with, found the vehicle she wanted in the color she wanted and the process was easy.

Not satisfied with their customer service dept.
My car wouldn't stop making a sound and wasn't running properly. I let 3 of my friends look at the car and they agreed something is wrong with it. So, I took in my car for them to hand the keys back to me and say, "maybe let someone who knows about cars drive this, because there isn't anything wrong with the car." My car is still making a noise that has gotten louder and now my car is jerking. Thanks for charging me for nothing.

New Car Purchase
Had a great experience with the purchase of our new Honda Pilot. Eight years ago we purchased a Honda CRV from Lester Raines and had a good experience. We decided that we were ready for a new vehicle and knew from the start we were going back to Lester Raines for another Honda. We were not disappointed again. Our salesman, Bubby Combs, was excellent, he was very informative and was not at all pushy - he let the product speak for itself. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership!
