I have own Volvo cars for years and have been a loyal customer of Kline Volvo for the exceptional service and experienced salesmen at the dealership. Outstanding car buying experience with John Rogers

Knowledgable sales staff. Prompt reply to my questions with full facts always offered. Any requests were promptly executed. Quick and energetic search for car of my choice. John Rogers sent a lot time going over the benefits of the xc60 when I first started looking.And after I decided to purchase the found the car in another state and had it shipped to me. John went over all the features of the car when I purchased it.

Very good customer experience and follow up

Leo Becerra took very good care of us! He not only explained what the benefits of the car he was offering showing deep knowledge of his product. He did a good job following up with us.

Poor service/workmanship with no resolution

Had my car in for a routine oil change/maintenance and to have a floor mat post fixed /replaced. Almost 3 hours later and two tries, it still wasn't done right. Write a email to the service manager and general manager - no follow up to resolve the situation.

Dealership to go for a Volvo in Twin cities

Peter Carlson gave me his keys to get a feel for S90 with the injection chip in it and also they let me customize it the way i wanted by Ordering the parts from Volvo so i can have my personalized car.

Customer service is on point !

From the second I got to the lot a smile and helping hand was there! They helped me with any questions I had and were very understandable and patient! It was my first vehicle purchase of my own and they helped me every step of the way and explained things very well. The day after I bought the vehicle I found out the heat didn't work. They were right on top of it, and more than willing to fix it! They came the next day to fix it and were generous enough to lend me one of their vehicles until mine was fixed! They got my vehicle fixed and back to me within days! I was very pleased with their attitude and willingness to help and also how quick they were! Huge shout out to them for everything they have done for me and all they do for all of their customers!

Excellent Routine Service Experience

We have loved everything about Kline Volvo from our first interaction. They made the buying process easy and fun. Actually, most of the deal was made over online chat. Every time I go there for routine service I am reminded that they have a great model for providing customer service. With the recent remodel, the facilities now match the level of service they provide. I was able to take my laptop and comfortably work, connected to the excellent wifi connection, while they serviced my vehicle. Despite the openness and business of the space, it still felt rather quiet. They represent the Volvo brand well! I do not often go out of my way to review a business, unless I am thoroughly and repeatedly impressed. Such is the case with Kline Volvo.
