I was in the process of purchasing a used car from this dealership. I was in constant contact with the dealer for three days. I e-mailed him and ask him who do I give the check to. He never answered me. When I checked my e-mails,he wrote that the car was sold and it was nice working with me. I guess my money wasn't good enough and TRUMPS DAUGHTER must have bought the car. Don't waste your time with these guys!

Just bought my second Honda from this location and it was simple and smooth. First was a pilot and today was a crv Thanks Bill.

Went to Straub Honda to confirm my choice about buying a new Toyota, either a Rav 4 or a Highlander. Michael Staskey met me at the door and showed me a CR-V. He is without a doubt the most knowledgable sales person I have ever met. I really wanted NOT to like the CR-V and confirm my choice of a Toyota. But Michaels knowledge of the Honda CR-V and his professionalism won me over. He was not pushy or rushed. He showed me how the safety features worked and I was SOLD! The test drive capped it off. The car is awesome and then some. Honda has hit a home run with this car. But it still takes a great sales person to close the deal. And the funny thing was, my neighbor was buying the EXACT same car at the exact same time we were. I can only hope their salesman was as good as Michael.

Why make an appointment? So you can sit for hours and get apologies that are insincere? Honda makes great cars but this dealer sucks. Recommend Honda east in Akron Ohio

This is the third Honda ('07 Accord, '15 CRV, '17 Civic Touring) we have purchased from Straub and every purchase was made easier than the previous one. Great sales staff, but this staff is more than equalled by the service staff. While we have had no major problems, I am very impressed with the service offered by the Straub service team.
